After pooja, Vishu bring big heavy box. Brijbhan says he will help him. Vishu says it is Shristi’s books and he packed them. Revati tells she brought books instead of gifts. Shristi says these books belong to her. Dulari comments she brought truck load of gifts when she was married. Vishu comments if she tried to control her husband, he would not have run to Mumbai. Dulari yells at Shristi that she brainwashed Vishu. Shristi says she did not why did she question when she cannot hear answer.
Narad enters and tells Brijbhan that Vikral has sent load full of gifts for Ragini. Brijbhan asks Revati to go and check where to keep gifts. Vidhvan walks out and yells not to let Vikral’s gifs in except Ragini’s necessary items. Revati confronts. He yells he accepted Vikral’s daughter and will not tolerate anything else. Argument starts and Revati says she did not get her right, but Ragini should. Vidhvan draws line between house and says he is drawing partition between their relationship.
Revati confront Vidhvan and ask him if Ragini does not have right in this house. Vidhvan fume he will give her right. He draw line in the middle of the house and shout that he gave Revati’s right. He says this is not division of the house, but devision of their relationship and shout if Vikral’s items come to this house, he will burn this house. Daadi cry what is happening in this house. Revati says today she was shown her place. Anurag ask why she is behind money instead of family peace. Revati says today she was shown her place, let his father think whtever he want, he knows she will not disobey him and will keep Ragini’s gift on her side of the house. She ask Narad to keep items on her side.
Ragini fume that it is her father’s hard earned money and nobody can insult him like this. She point gun at Narad’s forehead and scold him how could he hear her father’s insult. Vidhvan leave.
Revati ask Ragini not to bother about Vidhvan, only her rules work in this house and not Vidhvan’s. Dulari back Revati and ask Ragini to relax. Anurag come and tell he needs to talk to Ragini and take their to room.
Vishu panic in his room hearing Vidhvan telling about burning down the house. Brijbhan’s wife console him and says bauji was just saying it, he will not burn the house.
Narad inform Vikral about Vidhvan’s family drama. Vikral’s wife ask why did he send gifts. Vikral says he sent every gift from needle to gold, what else should he should send? Already house is divided, Ragini will take over the remaining half of the house soon. Wife says he is thinking wrong. Vikral ask Parag to speak to his sister daily until thing is sorted out.
Anurag take Ragini to their room and scold why did she do gun drama, he does not like her holding gun in this house. She says it is her strength and point gun on herself. Anurag yell in English, what is wrong with her, he will not tolerate this in his house, she should do this in her father’s house. Ragini says she like his English. He walk out angrily. She says she love him a lot and will gain his love soon.
Daadi seeing Vidhvan sad says everything will be alright soon. He says he wanted sanskars in this house, but his efforts have gone in vain. Daadi console him and says let us do new bahus’ kitchen ritual.
Divya goes to Shristi’s room and sees all the decoration being removed says she should have let decoration for at least one day. Shristi says she does not like decoration. Divya says everyone is calling her down for kitchen ritual. Drama continue at Vidhvan’s house.
Dulari tell Ragini that she has to come down and prepare something in the kitchen as per rituals. Ragini says she does not know how to cook anything. Dulari says she has to do cook something to win family and Anurag’s heart. Ragini says she will do anything to win Anurag’s heart.
Chutki bahu hears Shristi saying she will not cook, enter her room and says she has to cook for family’s sake. Shristi agrees. Chutki bahu takes her down while Dulari take Ragini down.
Both bahus walk down to living room. Daadi greet them and says their paghphera ritual is completed and they have to do kitchen ritual. She ask what they both know. Ragini says she tried preparing tea once, but babuji did not like it and did not let her enter the kitchen again. Shristi says she does not believe in rituals now, but will cook for family’s sake. Dulari says Ragini is very intelligent and learnt cooking watching TV. Daadi ask Ragini to prepare something salty and Shristi to prepare something sweet, Dulari will help Ragini and Chutki bahu will help Shristi. Both bahus will enter kitchen at once.
Ragini enters kitchen with Dulari and Shristi with Chutki bahu. Shristi wear apron and Ragini looking at her also wear apron. Dulari ask Ragini if she can cut vegetables. Ragini says it is just a lifeless vegetable. She pick knife and cut it roughly. Ragini prepares kheer poori with Chutki bahu’s help. Ragini adds lots of water in dough and Dulari says she added whole village’s water. Drama continues. Ragini adds chilies for tadkha and smoke start. Whole family coughs. Anurag and Vidhvan shout what is happening in the kitchen. Anurag think Ragini must have done something. Revati try to walk into kitchen, but dadi stop her. Shristi manages by spreading lamp smoke. Dulari help Ragini prepare pakoras.
Ragini think if she had learnt cooking from amma, she should not have seen this day, she will learn cooking soon and prepare different dish each day.
Her amma cough and tell Vikral that someone is remembering her and she hope Ragini has handled the kitchen ritual well.
Surekha reminisces Shristi and hopes she handled ritual well. Purshotam says their daughter is very talented and she would have prepared sumptuous feast.
Daadi call both bahus out and to serve their special dishes. Ragini serve pakodas. Revati says they are very tasty. Daadi ask Shristi to serve her dish. Revati says anybody can prepare pooris what is special in it. Daadi scold her to let her serve first. Anurag smell pakoras before biting them.
