Jalal sees the burnt dress and is furious. Maham Anga instigates him the more saying they insulted India’s king. Maham Anga says just give the orders we will attack Amer. Adham ask for order. Jalal says in angry mood okay we will destroy but what after that they will be seen as warriors in history and I will be remember as cruel king. Maham ask then what? Jalal says we will give them punishment by this nikkah they will be destroyed in history by this nikkah only. We will crush their arrogance.
Jodha is praying to the Lord that you save your every person but what you are doing with me how can you do this to me? Bharmal says I have solution and give her poison bottle. He says you save yourself but what will happen after that? Amer will be finished. People will commit suicide. While others will be killed by Mughals. He says but Jalal is doing marriage with full rituals and you will be queen. Jodha says in many queens of his. Bharmal says maybe this marriage break the wall between religions and ask her can she see her father lost as father and king can she see Amer people brutally killing. He says tell your answer to your mom he leave. Jodha hug her mother. Masa got the answer. She informs Bharmal that Jodha is ready for the marriage.
Sharifuddeen read the letter that what happened was heat of the moment and ask to bring the baraat. Jalal smiles and says what I wanted happened he is ready to give precious thing to him now in true sense I won Amer. Maham Anga says very interesting Jodha will say no to this nikkah and Jalal will attack Amer. Adham says we will get money from Amer. Servant inform Jodha is ready for this marriage. Maham Anga is stunned and think this Jodha is dangerous.
Moti comes to Jodha and ask for forgiveness that she also hide this from her. she says I am very bad and I know its not right whats happening but there is no other way out. Jodha says but one thing is left and says I cant back out but Jalal can. She has the idea and Jalal himself will say no to this marriage.
Mena and Bharmal are looking preparations and all are busy arranging things. Jodha comes and says to Bharmal I want permission to talk with Jalal before marriage. Dadi says you can’t meet him alone . She says will talk in front of all. Bharmal says if you want you can and ask Das to go.
Das comes to Jalal and one soldeir check him. Jalal ask for refreshment and ask Das you here he says Jodha has request that she wants to meet you before marriage. Jalal says but its against your ritual. He says she will be behind curtain. Jalal ask him to sit. Jalal says she wants to meet me its her right to meet would be husband. Maham Anga is in disbelief.
They comes to saamgar. Jodha come Jalal sees her through light curtain. Bg plays. Jalal ask what do you want before marriage? Jodha is in veil, Jalal ask what you want? She says she has two conditions one she will not change religion after marriage andd 2nd she will take kahanji(lord) with her. She says you have to make his temple in your palace Jalal fume. Jalal gets up from his place look at her angerily walking. Jodha smile slightly and give a look to Jalal. He says conditions are big but not for a king. I accept both your condition Jodha has tears in her eyes as Jalal bids her adieu. Das and bharmal praise Jodha for her bravery in front of Jalal. Masa praises Jalal also as he accepted her wishes as if he wants to give her identity. All leaves except Moti. Jodha cry badly and says I lost and there is no way. Moti says I will be with you always I will go with you there Jodha disagrees but Moti pleads that she will not leave her alone.
Maham Anga ask Jalal how you can accept these kind of condition? Idols are not allowed in our religion. Jalal says as I am king I can do anything but for your information he accepted otherwise she would win. She wanted me to back out what will people say I cant fulfill 2 condition of a mere girl? He says she has to come to me as a wife whatever her religion is. We will welcome her that grandly that all will see Maham Anga and Jalal smirk.
Dadi is in kitchen she spots Suja . He says just want to take part in my sister’s marriage. Dadi is emotional and ask him to leave.
Sukaniya sees Jodha sad and says this is not the marriage which we dreamed of but I will do anything for your smile. They remember their childhood games of dolls. Dadi comes and says lets go plays songs. One marriage song plays Sukaniya dances, Jodha try to smile. Sukaniya take her along and all try to make her smile. They dance around her. All are trying to cheer her up. Masa comes and says I know its difficult to smile in this situation. They are indebted to her and caresses her. She start singing Jodha rest on her Shoulder and Masa hug her.
Girls are taking off jewellery from Jodha’s hand Masa comes and says some girls will go with you Jodha but you my sisters will not be there. Masa says they will and gives glass bangles that Jodha had taken from Sukaniya and says it will be your memory, then shows her a knife fb shows she make brothers wear rakhi and they given her knife that will protect her always, then shows some beads which she and dadi use to play on luddo, then shows her a baby dress which she wore in her childhood, Jodha ask what about you Masa show her mirror and says you are like me whenever you will look in it you will remember me, then you will remember my lohri(song). Masa says I don’t know about them so cant advise you anything but remember one thing time chooses his soldier who can fight do not run away from situations. So accept it and do the good things there.
Adham is fuming remembering the moment Jalal put sword on his neck and says he will take the revenge of this insult. One man Aslam comes and greets him . Aslam say whom you want me to kill . Adham says Jalal he is stunned and says he is king but Adham makes him agree. Adham with Aslam comes close to Jalal’s tent Adham says I will distract these soldier you go inside and do the work otherwise I will not leave you. Adham says to soldier we are in enemy’s state beware otherside Aslam sneaks in one soldier comes to but couldn’t see him. He enter the tent and cuts the man with his sword in bed. Suddenly all soldiers comes in and it is shown that there are pillows in bed. Jalal comes Maham Anga ask who is he someone informs her that he is here to kill Jalal. Jalal says he had a doubt and its because of baba’s teaching. Jalal ask with whom instances you came here to kill me. Aslam turns around but Adham kill him. Adham says what are you all doing for Jalal’s safety and I killed him as Jalal’s loyal. Jalal says Jdham killed him as loyal you all ministers search who wants to kill me.
Jalal is getting ready for nikkah. Servants make him wear all accessories. Other side Jodha is being ready by Sukaniya. All are happy and lil sister ask how I am looking. Sukaniya shoos her and make Jodha wear all jewelry and ask to look whether I did everything. Jalal with sehra on head sees himself in mirror and smirk.
Baraat reah the venue of marriage. They are welcomed with flowers sprinkiling. Masa does the aarti of Jalal. Maham is not so happy. Masa with pot on her head sits in Jalal’s feet. Dadi ask to put coin in it Jalal nods and put in it. Maham Anga is confused with their rituals as Masa put thread around Jalal, touches leaf at his shoulders. Jalal enters and sits down. Sharifuddeen ask will all rituals be done their way Jalal says we will do our rituals when reaches Agra let them do their own here. Sharifuddeen nod.
Suja is in servants dress. Sharifuddeeb is suspecious of him. He says don't you see I am also with baraat you didn't offer me anything other servant says sorry. Sharifuddeen says I have seen him somewhere. Jodha enters the venue with her brothers. Jalal smiles as she sits infront of him in veil Maham Anga is suspicious over Jalal’s behavior when he sees Jodha. They ask Jalal for his father for one ritual he says he is dead. But Adham is my elder he will do it for me. They gives Adham arti plate he does it wrongly, priest teaches him Maham Anga fumes. Adham does the arti of Jodha. Maham Anga says if you are done can we do some ritual also. She ties a taveez(scared thread) and look Jodha so evilly and says may God protect you from bed omens. They ask Jodha to touch the things that will be given to the poors.
All are in mandap and priest lits the fire Maham Anga make faces. Priest ask for their incesters Jodha tells hers and Jalal tells his, Maham Anga says his incesters were one in million he belongs to a royal family. Sharifuddeen looks at Suja he vanishes from there Sharifuddeen goes behind him and suspects he is Suja. Here priest ask them to change the place as per ritual. Priest ask for their hands.
Masa comes and forcefully gives her hand in Jalal’s he grips it tightly. (ishq hai wo ehsas plays). Jalal puts another hand on hers. Jodha is tensed little. He then leaves her hand. Adham eyes Moti and other ladies and says they are good. Maham Anga ask him to come with her. They comes to isolated place. Maham gives him two tight slaps . One for looking at girls at wrong place. 2nd fb is shown Maham Anga ask soldiers how killer entered the tent. Soldier inform her that Adham came to ask about security. Maham understands. She says kill yourself but dont destroy my image. She leaves Adham ask servant what her name pointing at Moti he says Moti bai.
Jodha and Jalal stands for pheras. Jodha is in front takes the pheras. Then Jodha gives flower in Jalal’s hand, Das ask him to put it in fire. He obliges. They do the same procedure after every phera. After 3rd pheras Jala comes in front and takes the rest of the pheras. Then priest ask them to take phera beside each other they take phera together. Priest ask Jodha to repeat my words that you are my fate, you are my husband and I am your wife. Jodha repeats shakingly and Jalal smiles. Priest gives vermillion (sindoor) to Jalal asking him to put it in Jodha’s head. He puts it in her head while there Fbs are shown. Dadi consoles Masa saying Jodha will be fine. Masa says she lost to fate. Shugni said it right.
Jodha wipes her tear and gets up along with Jalal. Jalal ask where is my shoes. Sharifuddeen says who dare to do this earlier when someone did that king had cut his legs. Jodha is shocked. Jalal angerily ask bring him otherwise I wont leave his feets. Small girls come, Jalal sits down and ask who are you they says they stole his shoes and want gift then will return your shoes. Jalal ask what you want they says lots of dolls and toys. Jalal laughs Maan Singh says you cant laugh at us. Jalal says I like your bravery and orders sharifuddeen to bring all toy stalls of saamgar. One girl says to Jodha he is very nice and has good look.
Jodha and Jalal walks together. Jodha throws rice behind her as per ritual. Jalal keep looking at her. Bharmal ask priest every ritual is done. He nod Jodha says one thing is left the soil of my land. They bring mud and Jodha puts it on her head. Jalal says he wants something also he says I want him to go with me pointing at Maan Singh he wanted to protect her bua. He ask Bharmal can I take him his name will be written in golden letters. Maan Singh says he just want to protect maternal aunt( bua ) Bharmal says his father Bhagwan Das he will also go. Jalal agree. Bharmal says you are lucky Jalal will train you. Jodha hug everyone one by one and remember their old memories she meetsDdadi, Masa, Sukaniya and Moti and is crying. She comes to bharmal and takes his blessing. Both cry. She then remembers her every memory running behind piegon or her weight through gold coins , playing luddo with brothers etc she meets das then Masa turns her. They walk toward the box(doli) Masa is crying badly and kisses her forehead. All brothers hold the box on their shoulders. Suja is also there holding from one side. Jodha is holding hands of Masa. Masa is left behind as Jodha leaves all cry.
voiceover - Jodha left Saamgar to Agra but the the distance is of 3 days so they stay at some place for night. One minister says to Jalal they want to celebrate his marriage Jalal says where is jodha i have heard that her voice is very good bring her she will sing. Maham smiles evily.
In mewar Rana Udhay Singh is not giving full powers to pratap. Pratap is not able fight with mughals with full forces. One man brings Suja to him they says he shook hands with mughals pratap says leave him. I will not kill you. Suja ask why he says your death will not be punishment but you will and listens to the taunts of the people . He orders to cut the place where he was standing. He says you are responsible for whatever happend. Suja is distraught
Jalal is waiting for Jodha, ministers whisper first time she made Jalal wait that too on their wedding night. Jalal ask do you want to say something sharifuddeen says Maham Anga didn’t come its not right that you are waiting. Jalal says how deep the well is, water will be that much sweet and smiles. Maham Anga comes without Jodha, Jalal looks here and there but couldn’t see Jodha. Maham Anga says she denied to come here. Jalal first wait then denies. He ask where is she? Maham Anga says in her tent. Jalal ask her tent means. Maham says she wished to make her tent separately. Jalal fumes and goes out. He comes to her tent and see her sleeping his angry expressions changes (bg plays). He comes to her bed and can’t take his eyes off her. Jodha wakes up and senses he is in her tent. She grab the knife as Jalal comes from behind. She attacks but Jalal grips the knife and closes in on her she leans back. Jalal ask I called you to listen tovyour voice, you didn’t come now why are you quiet. You took vows that I am your husband you will do everything I say. She says she remember every vow and says she is his wife not servant and for every husband his wife respect is first than any order. Jalal smiles and says I came here with my anger and you proved me culprit. He says the fear in you because of me I like and to maintain it. He get up and puts mud on his hand and says next time you don’t need any knife because I am here to protect you but from me there is no one to save you. He leave Jodha has fear. Jalal comes out smiling broadly. Sharif sees blood in his hand and thinks she attacked him but he didn’t do anything and is smiling very wierd.
Masa is walking slowly and is sad. Dadi comes and says every girl has to go to in-laws one day. Masa says her room is all same but she is not here. There is silence here. Dont know how she is handling these Mughal there alone. Dadi says other idol of kahanaji has come masa cry for her sweet songs.
Jodha is sitting in front of idol and start singing in melodious voice she prays to the lord. Other side Jalal is offering namaz(prayer). He listens to her voice and looks up at bandage. He is informed of breakfast. At breakfast all are sitting, Jodha comes and goes to sit Maham Anga says you have to sit with king. She obliges and sits beside him. Jalal try to take chicken piece but can’t because of wound in hand. One girl ask Jodha to help him she reluctantly takes the piece and give it to Jalal he hold her hand and eats with her hand Jodha doesn’t look at him. He finish Jodha gives him water and washes his hands. Maham Anga smirks. She dry it with cloth and looks at him a little. Jalal gets up and waits for Jodha as she comes out he removes his bandage, hold his sword moves it in air and smiles evilly. He leave. Moti tells Jodha he pretended so that she can help him eat the food. Jodha is distraught.
Two men are about talking how Jalal married a hindu princess. Hameeda listens to this and recall how Jalal was born in a hindu’s house. Rukaqya also gets the news and thinks that its just another marriage of Jalal and Jodha is just a piece of playing. Some girl informs Jalal is coming all rushes to prepare for his welcome while Ruqaiya says he will come to her room first as always.
In Agra, Jodha and Jalal reach and greet Hameeda. Jodha touch her feet while Jalal is surprised but Hameeda is happy and praises her beauty and makes her meet Bakshi who does the ritual call DooDh Duliaye. The Hindu ladies sings song in praise of Jodha’s arrival as a bride. Jodha is overwhelmed and gets emotional and looks at Hameeda. Hameeda ask Maham Anga to make special arrangements for Jodha and tells she will introduce the palace to Jodha herself. Maham is reminded of the curse by Hindu lady. Hameeda takes her to harem and a small talk happens and tells about all the ladies of the harem. Hameeda asks why is she not happy with the marriage. Jodha tell her Jalal doesnt have a heart and is cruel. Hameeda tells her that she has only seen what Jalal lacks, not what he possess and hopefully after her arrival, he will get his lost heart.
There is a small fight between the ladies and Jodha gets to know that Ruqaiya is the BOSS of the harem.
