Sai asks Virat if he is angry that she danced on Aniket’s song or participating in fresh’s welcome program. He angrily walk away. Sayi thinks she brought food for him, but he called Pakhi, she will never bring him food even if he requests. Virat walks to Pakhi. Pakhi asks why did he ask so loudly to bring food. He says he just asked for food, why didn’t she? She asks him to relax and tell what happened. Sai continues fuming and sleep on the bed. Pakhi tells Virat that he took a lot of time realize that he is not compatible with Sai; he scolded her in the morning when she told Sai is taking revenge, but now he is angry with Sai so much. Virat says she is dancing in college’s fresher’s welcome program. She asks what is wrong in that. He try to speak about Aniket but stops. She asks him to relax till she brings food for him. Ashwini walks in and says she warmed food for him, so he should come and have it. He says he is not hungry. She says she will feed him from her hands and takes him along looking at Pakhi. She feeds him. He says he insulted her and feel guilty for that. She says its not his mistake as he is bearing a big responsibility suddenly and above that hears family’s taunts. He says he is tensed because of Sai. Ashwini says Sai is kind hearted and does things without thinking, she loves her a lot and cannot see anyone scolding her, so confronted Virat the other day. He says she scolds him often. Ashwini says Sai calls her aayi/mother and will not spare anyone who scolds her, so he should be careful.
The next morning, Sai join Ashwini in the kitchen saying she wants to finish work soon and go to college. Ashwini asks what happened last night. Sai says she just told Virat that she is participating in college’s freshers’ program, he got angry hearing that. She asks if she offered him food or not. She says she asked if wants her or Pakhi to bring food for him, so he shouted loudly asking Pakhi to bring food. Ashwini says she is a fool to do that, Virat gets angry whenever he is hungry, so she should take food to him as soon as he returns from work. She agrees. Ashwini informs that today is Basant panchami and a few ladies will come for pooja, so she should return home soon and go to college wearing a yellow dress. Sai thanks her again and hugging her says she is the best. Ashwini asks her to repeat it.
Pakhi offers to Bhavani in garden. Bhavani informs her about basant panchami festival celebration today and asks to make arrangements for it. She also informs that women will come to perform pooja and rituals and she will teach Sai a lesson. Pakhi asks what will she do. Bhavani says just wait and watch. In the evening, Ashwini and others get busy in arrangements when Devi walks to her and asks reason for the decoration. Ashwini says its basant panchami festival today and explains its ritual in detail, says married ladies apply alda/red color on their feet today. Devi tells Bhavani that she will apply alda as she is also married. Bhavani shouts at her to shut up and order her to go to her room. Ashwini tells Devi that she kept sweets in her room, so she should go and have it. Devi leaves happily. Usha walks to Bhavani and request her not to feel bad about Sai’s behavior as she is tough, but good at heart. Pakhi comments that goodness should be shown and not hidden from everyone. Usha describes how Sai fought for Shivani and protected her. Sonali yells that she stretched the issue and insulted their family, Virat was arresting Amay anyways. Ashwini asks Usha not to waste her time as one who is bad cannot understand Sai’s goodness. Bhavani yells how dare she to call them bad and alleges that she is supporting Sai thinking Say will give all her earnings to her after becoming a doctor. Ashwini warns her to stop.
Virat reminisces Sai praising Aniket and asks constable in which police station limits does Nagpur college come. Constable says Hanuman Nagar. Virat decides to go for an inspection to Nagpur college and wears his cap.
Aswini confronts Bhavani that she is misusing her silence and says she is staying with her since years and didn’t ask anything from her or Ninad, then why she thinks she is expecting money from Sai? Sonali yells how can she allege Bhavani and forgot Bhavani’s favor, Bhavani is holding family together till now or else it would have shattered by now. Ninad yells at Aswini next to shut up and stop her drama in front of kids, they are married for 30 years and now she is complaining that he didn’t fulfill her demands. Sonali continues yelling followed by Omkar. Mohit confronts Sonali and asks why she is insulting Aswini. Sonali shouts at him not to interfere between elders and says Aswini is jealous of her, etc. Ninad yells that Bhavani chose a wrong girl for him and his life is ruined. Omkar supports him and says Bhavani held the family from shattering after Nagesh dada passed away. Ninad continues shouting and starts coughing. Omkar and Bhavani rush to him and Pakhi gives him water and asks to calm down, asks Ashwini to stop troubling Ninad now. Bhavani yells at Aswini that she ruined her husband’s health, etc. She then praises Pakhi that she is well cultured and Chavan family is lucky to have a bahu like her, etc.
Virat goes to Sai’s college for inspection and questions students. College’s dean meets him and asks reason for coming. Virat says he heard there is some event in the college without police permission. Dean says college’s freshers’s welcome program and takes him to his cabin. Virat calls student organizer, questions him, and then asks to call Aniket saying he heard his name as singing competition runner up. Aniket enters tensed and answers his questions. Virat compares himself to Aniket reminiscing Sai’s words. Sai opens door and without noticing Virat signals Aniket. Aniket says he will meet her later. Sai leaves. Virat thanks god that she didn’t see him and continues questioning Aniket. Aniket asks if he can leave for singing practice. Virat agrees and asks dean to be careful as outsiders may enter college. Dean says he will not let anyone in without ID card. Virat leaves thinking his work is done.
At home, basant panchami celebration arrangements start. Usha is applying alta/red color on Sonali’s feet asks Pakhi if she should apply alta to her feet. Pakhi says no. Bhavani asks reason. Pakhi says Usha tai is elder and she doesn’t want elders to touch her feet. Bhavani praises her again and says she will read bhagvat geeta today. Sonali says Aswini reads bhagvat geeta every year. Aswini says Pakhi can read bhagvat geeta. Pakhi says if she has problem, she can continue reading it. Aswini says she didn’t mean that. Sai returns from college. Bhavani asks if she knows today is festival pooja at home. Sai says she knows, so she is wearing yellow dress. Ninad and others yell at her as usual. Sai gives them a befitting reply. Usha scolds her to stop arguing with elders and get alda applied on her feet. Sai reminds that she is allergic to alta. Whole family starts yelling at her. Sai gets adamant that she is allergic to alta and will not apply it. Ashwini says she shouldn’t if she is allergic to it. Bhavani says nobody among them is allergic, then being a jungli mulgi how can she. Drama continues…
