Sarthak wakes up and checks the time. He calls Lady constable and asks her to arrest Kalyani. Kalyani is about to go to Malhar, but Avni stops her angrily holding her hand. Malhar wakes up and holds Kalyani’s hand. He says Kalyani will not go anywhere. Sarthak shows the restraining orders to lady constable and asks her to arrest her. He says Kalyani has broken the law and will snatch Moksh from you. Malhar snatches the papers and tears it. He holds Kalyani’s hand. Sarthak is shocked and tells that Kalyani wants to snatch Moksh from you. He says Kalyani shall not be near you or Moksh. Malhar says Kalyani is Moksh’s Aai and she has right on him, and nobody can snatch this right from her, not even me. Sarthak says you are blinded by her love. Malhar says you are blinded by revenge and tells that Kalyani has a special place in his life and nobody can snatch it from him. Malhar asks Kalyani to come and they leave from home. Kalyani asks what happened to you Malhar ji..you was unconscious till some time and insisting to drop me home. She asks him to go and rest, tells that nobody can arrest her as he has torn the papers. Malhar says you don’t know Kaka and tells that whenever he hates or loves with intensity. Kalyani says how can you be so casual, you are still in pain. Malhar says you can’t understand my pain and tells that how I will handle Moksh alone. He says Moksh might be very mischievous by now and he can’t sleep without hearing your song. Kalyani sees Baba misses you Moksh kite and tells that they will search for Moksh together. Malhar says this will happen when I save you from arrest and tells that they need to search for a good lawyer. They sit in the jeep and leave.
Avni says we couldn’t get Kalyani arrested and asks what will happen with my child? She says my baby is Rane’s family baby and you have promised me. Sarthak talks to someone and tells Avni that if Malhar thinks that Kalyani will not go to jail, then he is wrong. Kalyani will go to jail anyhow. Malhar talks to the lawyer and tells that every lawyer is afraid to take the case against Kaka. Kalyani asks him to relax. She thinks his condition will deteriorate more and thinks to do something. She opens his laptop. Malhar talks to a lawyer and gets angry when he refuses to take the case. Malhar asks Kalyani did you get the list. Kalyani says you might get it. Malhar try to open the laptop and asks did you change the password. Kalyani says she has kept the voice password that main Kalyani ki har baat manunga…Malhar says what is this and asks her to change it. Kalyani asks him to say it. He says it and the laptop opens. She thinks some comedy is needed.
Kalyani comes home and asks Aao Saheb about Aai. Aao Saheb says she doesn’t know and asks where were you last night. Malhar comes there. Aao Saheb sees him and asks how dare you come here and tells that even she will get court orders against you. Malhar says I didn’t come here to fight, but came to fight with Kaka for Kalyani. He says I will listen to Kalyani’s every sayings to open his laptop. Kalyani smiles. Aao Saheb looks on.
Malhar open his laptop using voice lock. Kalyani thinks both Aai and Malhar ji are worried for her. Sarthak comes there. Aao Saheb asks why did you come here? Sarthak tells that he has come for his law purpose. He tells Kalyani that it doesn’t mean that she will not go to jail as the restraining orders are torn. He tells that someone from her office complained about her and told that you are not attending office since few days and busy in personal affairs. He says you will go to jail for this non professional work being a govt employee. Malhar says I know you have used your influence and got this warrant. Sarthak says you can’t do anything. Kalyani tells that she is ready to get arrested, if the govt feels that she is not doing her duty well. Malhar tells that he will not let her be arrested. Aao Saheb tells that she will get a big lawyer and get her freed. Sarthak says your lawyer is Shinde and he will not fight this case if he knows that Sarthak Rane is the opposition lawyer. Malhar says you are not doing right. Sarthak says whatever I am doing is for Avni and your betterment. Lady constable handcuff Kalyani and is taking her out with Sarthak. Kalyani stop for a minute and try to talk to Aao Saheb, when Anupriya comes there and asks Kalyani not to go anywhere. She ask Sarthak to show the notice. Sarthak smiles, what will you do by reading the notice. You will cry and plead infront of Police, so that they leave your daughter? Anupriya insist. Kalyani ask what will you do by seeing the notice. Sarthak take the notice from the lady constable and give it to Anupriya. Anupriya read the notice and tells that Kalyani didn’t go to office for 2 days as she was doing office work from home. She shows the papers which she brought and tells that Kalyani has signed online. She says Avni’s video which you have presented in court, can’t be presented as you have taken it from a news channel. She says Kalyani didn’t go to office as she was trying to save Malhar. She tells Sarthak that he must have known that on a humanitarian ground, Kalyani’s absence shall be accepted. She tells that she has all the proofs which he told just now and threatened Kalyani for using her secretary against her. She shows the anticipatory bail papers. She says you can get debarred from the law practice. She ask lady constable to open her handcuff. Malhar smiles happily, while Kalyani smiles and is surprised. Lady constable opens her handcuff. Kalyani asks if she had met a lawyer. Anupriya tells that she had made these papers and got sign of the professor of her college. Kalyani is surprised. Aao Saheb and Pallavi get shocked. Anupriya tell that she had studied LLB degree which had Godaveri’s name, but actually she had studied law and Godaveri didn’t go to college even now. She tell everything and apologize to Aao Saheb. She says I have to say the truth to save my daughter. Kalyani ask what is this Aao Saheb? Anupriya tells that Aao Saheb didn’t do any mistake, she had offered this as Godaveri wanted a degree and I want to study. Sarthak laughs and says every day a new drama happens here. Kalyani asks him to laugh and tells that her Aai is a lawyer. Sarthak says she is a lawyer without a degree, like I am a doctor without a degree etc. He asks Anupriya how she will fight the case, by stammering. Malhar asks how can you say this? Sarthak says I forgot that people get offended about me and tells that she is not having degree so she is not a lawyer. Anupriya says she don’t want degree. Kalyani asks why? She asks Sarthak to take Anupriya’s hard test being a law professor and says if my Aai fails in the test then she will forget about law, and if she passes in the test then you will help Aai get a degree, being a good lawyer. Anupriya refuses. Kalyani says overruled. Sarthak give 24 hours to Anupriya to prepare for the exam and says the court is adjourned for the day. He wear specs and leave. Kalyani tells Malhar that she can do this. Malhar goes behind Sarthak and asks why are you doing this? you know that it will be difficult to prepare in 24 hours and says I know you will make the paper hard. He asks why you are taking revenge from them? Sarthak asks didn’t you know that my happiness was snatched because of Kalyani and Anupriya? He tell that Anupriya got mad hearing Kalyani’s death news and didn’t care for my baby who was in her womb. He says Kalyani returned because of Anupriya’s prayers, but the latter’s prayers were less for my child. He tells that mother and daughter duo can’t love anyone else, as they love each other a lot and ask him to stay away from Kalyani. He asks her not to forget that his wife worries and love him a lot and she can’t bear his behavior. Malhar says you are worried for Avni a lot and asks him to try to understand Kalyani’s pain, who had lost her son infront of her and when she got a hope that her son is alive and she can find him, but you want to snatch her happiness. Sarthak ask if he is not in his senses and says Kalyani is not Moksh’s mother. Malhar tells that nobody can be Moksh’s mother rather than Kalyani and tells that he needs to come to his senses.
Kalyani tells Godaveri that she had done fraud and can go to jail. She tells Anupriya that Godaveri has done an illegal thing and shall be punished. Godaveri says I don’t want to go to jail, it was Aaji (Aao Saheb) mistake as she wanted me to become a lawyer. Aao Saheb says this world is cunning and says if you haven’t got the ready then who would have held her hand. Kalyani tells that this reason is not logical. Aao Saheb tells that Anupriya had only said that it will benefit Godaveri and she is doing this for Kalyani’s dream. Anupriya tells Kalyani that she don’t want to become a lawyer and don’t want to write the test. She says I don’t have confidence as when I get nervous, I stammer and can’t say a line or write my name. Kalyani hold her hand and makes her write with her hand. She says she will boost her confidence and asks her to brush up her knowledge. She says you have to do this for me, I need you, you have to fight with Kaka so that he can’t snatch my Billu from me. Anupriya nod her head. Kalyani asks her not to do house work for 24 hours and just concentrate on studies. Aao Saheb says who forces her to do house work. Pawar comes there. Kalyani asks if Malhar ji is fine. Pawar informs her that he got info about the person mixing glass pieces in the laddoo. Kalyani is shocked.
Pawar show the earring piece which he found in the laddoo and says it must be someone’s earring piece. Kalyani asks who wants to harm Malhar ji and thinks may be that woman wants to hurt me and must have added the glass pieces thinking I will eat that laddoo, but Malhar ji had it. Pawar says you are right. Kalyani says whoever she is, she don’t want Malhar ji and I to search our Moksh. Pawar goes. Anmol Kaka comes there. Kalyani says you are my savior 5 years back and tells that she is alive because of him. She says today you saved Malhar ji too, telling about brahma kamal juice. Anmol Kaka says he came to ask about Malhar and there are some side effects of the flower juice for 24 hours. He says the person gets emotional or demands for increased physical activity. He gives him medicine and asks her to make Malhar have it. Kalyani thinks how to tell this to Malhar ji. Kalyani comes to Malhar’s house. Malhar opens the door and talks romantically. Kalyani gets surprised and asks about Avni.. Malhar says she went out and takes Kalyani inside. He pulls her closer to him. Kalyani says she brought medicine for him. Malhar says no medicine can affect me. Kalyan says she is not that girl who pleads to let her go and tells that she will hit him. Malhar says it was a joke and kisses on her hand. He asks where was you for 5 years and tells that he can’t live without her. He says if you had not come in my life then I would have drooped. He says I love you very much Kalyani. Song plays…..She asks him to open his mouth and puts tablet in his mouth. She then keeps her hand on her mouth. Malhar asks what was it and feels sleepy. She takes him to room and he sleeps on the bed.
Avni comes home. Pawar comes there and asks her to give CCTV footage to Malhar. She asks for what? Pawar tells that it had CCTV footage of Trilok’s house. Avni goes inside and tears the CD. Kalyani watches this and says so you had mixed glass pieces in the laddoo. She shows Avni’s earring and says you had mixed glass pieces in laddoo. She says this CD had no proofs, as you was destroying it, it is clear that you had done this and asks why did you do this? Avni says yes, I did it as I wanted you to eat it and die, as I hate you. She says but Malhar had that laddoo and tells that she loves him very much and can’t share him with anyone else. She says Malhar had told that day, how much he loves her (Kalyani). She says if you tell truth to Malhar then he will leave me and my child will not get her father’s love. Kalyani is not affected and looks at how she acts. Avni acts to feel stomach pain. Kalyani asks if she is fine.
