In their room, gazalla and razaak are ogling at the jewelry, when they hear the door knock, and lock it in the almirah. They find that its sanam, which is actually seher, who says that in the new year, she wants to mend relations with everyone, and has made his favourite sweetdish for him, and lures him to the kitchen. He is tensed for the locked safe, and says he shall taste it here only. She starts praising him, saying only he could point out the fine nuances in it. He agrees and leaves. He asks sanam to call gazalla too, and she agrees, while he is oblivious that she has already stolen the key from his coat pocket. She throws it to rehaan, who watches from a distance, and then leaves with razaak and gazalla. Rehaan rush with the key and opens the safe, and finally finds the jewelry box, and eyes the jewelry hurtfully, thinking this means more to his mother than his own son.
At Rahat’s residence
Haya has nightmares of Faiz and his tortures with her, and wakes up to find him, sleeping next to her, singing, and then saying that even death cant do them apart. she is shocked and horrified, as he lies smiling. She rushes out screaming, and rahat, working in the kitchen, hears her screams, and rushes to find her bundled in a corner, scared and terrified. He is appalled, at her condition. He comes to her and asks what happened. She shows him to the room, and says that faiz would kill her for revenge, despite Rahat trying to tell her that there’s no one there, and asks her to calm down, and have faith on him, that he wont let anything happen to her. rahat thinks that faiz isnt alive, but haya is still scared, despite changing their residence, and prays to the lord, to keep her safe.
At Ahil’s residence
Razaak and gazalla hungrily eye the sweet dish, while seher continues to keep them engaged in nonsensical banter. Razaak is reminded of his key, and he along with gazalla goes berserk when they find it missing, and rush to their room, with seher making a mad dash after them. Seher wonders if rehaan finished the work or not. She stands in front of the door, asking which key did they lose. They are frantic and distraught. Rehaan hears the commotion outside, and hurriedly starts doing his job. In his haste, the jewelry falls on the side, under the bed, and he places the birth certificate in the box, and closes it rushedly. He try to retrieve the jewelry, while she try hard to keep them engaged in conversation. He is unable to, and then keep the box with the certificate inside the safe, and locks it back. Rehaan comes from another door, and signals seher that the work is done. Seher lets go of the door. They rush inside. Rehaan gives seher the key, and she takes it inside, showing it to them, if this is what they are searching for. they hungrily take it, and open the safe, and find thebox as they kept it.
At Rahat’s residence
While haya sits lost, she hears noise from the kitchen, and goes to find rahat working and kneading dough in the kitchen. He asks her why is she here, as she should rest, while he prepares food for her. She insists, and he says that they shall make food together. As he lights up the stove, haya remembers faiz’s screams from the burning bed, and starts screaming. He composes her saying that nothing happened. Meanwhile, haya gets ready, dressed up in indian attire, just the way rahat likes it, and smiles at her reflection in the mirror. She remembers herself and rahat getting dressed for th party for the first time. She thinks that rahat is right, and if she is trapped in the past, then she wont be able to embrace her new life with rahat, and that she would live by his likes, and start afresh, as the haya, who only belongs to him. She opens the door, hearing the doorbell. She is surprised to find a scroll along with a rose, saying that this is from the one, who can talk a lot even being quiet, through her eyes only, and remembers their initial encounters. she moves ahead, and finds a teddy bear, with a scroll, saying that this is for the girl, who he has hurt a lot of times, and who forgave him every single time. She moves onto find another scrool with rose, saying that he promises to keep haya safe, as his wife, and shall keep her forever happy, safe and secure, and never let trouble befall her, and love her so much, that even thousand lives seem short for it. She is overwhelmed with tears, as rahat comes in Shahrukh style, playing the banjo, to amuse and cheer her up. Rahat smiles at her. He extends his arms, and haya rushes to him, and clasps him tight, as he embraces her tightly, in the glory of their victorious love. He bends on his kness, and presents her a ring with his proposal, and she extends her hand for him to do the honours. He complies. He cups her face and wipes the emotional tears, and kisses her lovingly on the forehead. They move ahead together, for a beautiful evening.
At Ahil’s residence
Rehan and sanam wait tensedly, as Ahil gets Tanveer down, and in front of the projector. Tanveer asks why was this needed, and ahil says this is nothing compared to the sacrifices that she made for him, and that he being an orphan, can never repay back the debt that she created on him, by supporting him, and cared for him, at every step. He requests she views a collage of pics that he has put together for her, to show how much he cares for her. latif begins with the slide show, and ahil excitedly starts explaining each and every story behind every pic. tanveer pretends to be overwhelmed and showers her love on ahil, while rehaan and sanam watch tensedly. He then shows his favourite pic, in which taveer buttons ahil’s shirt, with rehaan in the background, standing sad. rehaan is distraught to see it. Sanam is tensed too. tanveer thanks ahil, and he says that he should thank her, and that the favour that she has done on him, he cant repay it even with his life, and prays to the lord, that she be his mother in every birth of his, and he her son. He gets emotional, while she pretends to be modest, saying she should be thankful, that she got the chance to spend some beautiful moments with him, and thank him instead, for his worship. rehaan and sanam are tensed. The mutual admiration continues, after which Ahil says he got a small gift for her. Rehaan remembers how he had tampered with the gift box. He asks rehaan to give it to him. But razaak and gazalla instead present it to him, saying that they have kept it safe with much concern and care. Ahil tensedly takes it, and presents it to tanveer. Sanam and rehaan eye each other. He ask Tanveer to open it, while she opens it excitedly. As she does so, she finds the box empty, and says that there isnt any jewelry but a paper, and shows it to ahil, who’s surprised himself. rehaan and sanam wait in anticipation, while razaak and gazalla are also shocked. Ahil and tanveer are equally boggled. Ahil goes through the paper, while rehaan and sanam wait tensedly. He is shocked as he goes through it. Tanveer asks whats the matter, but Ahil is too stunned to speak. Ahil is shocked to read the letter from the jewelry box, and gets enraged. Ahil asks tanveer who is she referring to as her son, himself or Rehaan, while tanveer stands speechless and shocked. All are tensed. Razaak and gazalla are boggled too. Ahil tells what the certificate reads, and asks tanveer if its true, insistently but she is at a loss of a response, visibly tensed and upset. Gazalla and Razaak are shocked to hear this. He begs her to say that this is all a lie, as he only trusted her in the whole world, and she betrayed him so badly, and asks why and why she kept her own son as a servant, and how could she keep this secret from Ahil, himself. Rehaan speaks up and ask tanveer, to say that this is all infact a lie, addressing her as mother too. tanveer and ahil are shocked, while sanam is boggled. Ahil turns around to face Rehaan, boggled, and in rage.
At Ahil’s residence
All are shocked at the sudden revelation. Ahil asks rehaan that he knew about it. Rehaan is tensed, as ahil progresses angrily. tanveer speaks up and says that this is the truth, and that rehaan is her son. While she is frustrated, ahil is shocked, and rehaan and sanam are tensed. Ahil asks her how and why did she keep this a secret from him. She says that if he wants to know the truth, then so be it. tanveer says that she is an evil mom, as she disregarded her own son, and was forced by ahil’s father to do so, who wouldnt marry her, with her son. She says people would have raised questions, if she had loved ahil and rehaan, as being the stepmother, and ahil, himself would have started thinking so, despite her loving him profusely, and he didnt want an orphan to think like that, and hence she made this mistake. Ahil is shocked and appalled for having doubted her. Rehaan and sanam are frustrated with her pretense. tanveer says she couldnt bear the fact that she would be away from rehaan, who would have to live in an orphanage, while she lives in luxury, and hence she kept him with them only, as a servant. she profusely apologises for keeping her son away from ahil, and collapses on the bed. Sanam and rehaan are frustrated with her winning yet again. Ahil hug her, while tanveer smiles, as ahil feels guilty that for his happiness, tanveer sacrificed the love for her own son, and that there’s no mother like her, and even if he being the step-son, he is the most lucky one. Tanveer hugs and smiles evilly, while rehaan and sanam are tensed.

In their room, sanam and seher discuss as to how evil tanveer is, and how all of their efforts are going down in vain. sanam says that as much she wanted ahil with her, everytime she failed, and now is feeling that ahil is not at all in her destiny. Sanam and seher are super tensed.

Meanwhile, tanveer starts getting impatient, in front of the doctors, that she cant wait anymore, as there’s someone behind sanam, and she needs to find it out, to stop her support system, and asap. the doctors assure her that might be tomorrow only, her efforts would pay back. Tanveer says that she would direly wait for tomorrow. after the operation, the doctors say that everything happened as expected, and god’s will, everything would improve, and with time, things shall become better, and asks her to hold on till they do. She thanks them. They leave. She smiles and guffaws loudly at her win now, with her eyes closed. Later, latif comes while tanveer is resting. she takes off the drapes, and sudden sunlight streams in, and tanveer gets frustreated thinking that its heavy sunlight today, and asks her to close the drapes. latif is boggled, but complies nevertheless. She leaves. tanveer evilly thinks that if it didnt have any effect, it doesnt mean it never would.
In the garden, Rehaan attends a phone call, and then finds confronted with ahil. He hurriedly asks whats the matter and if there was any work, he could have come to him. He hugs him, and says that life has given him a hard punishment by keeping his own brother away, despite him being so near. He says that he used to wonder why he felt like a brother to him. He apologises profusely, for hurting him for small things. rehaan asks him not to apologise to his brother, as he is the elder, and its his right to scold him, and that their relation is long back, and it just got the name today, and what he feels for him, doesnt need a name. Ahil tells that he has a gift for him, and gives him a taveez for his safety, as he cant measure his love in cost, and that this gift is priceless, as he wished at the dargah, that they be together always. rehaan is emotional as he accepts it, saying that this is the most special of all gifts, till date. Ahil says that he thought that he was the one who could do anything for tanveer, but he prides in him, that he knew everything, but still played mum, just for him. Ahil says that tanveer did so much for him, and he cant repay her back even by death. rehaan is tensed. Ahil says that he wants to thank her, and wants the world to know how big hearted tanveer is, and how she is the best. He gets emotional, and says that he has thought of a way to honour him, and leaves for the arrangements. Rehaan is tensed, wondering how to tell ahil, that what he thinks is tanveer’s sacrifice, is just her means to get what she wants.
Meanwhile, Razaak informs about today’s function to tanveer, and starts talking about the beautiful card, which he wishes she could have seen. She smiles, and says that its good that ahil decides to throw this party. sanam comes in with a glass of milk and tanveer indirectly hints at her, saying that Bhopal along with her family, shall see what she means to ahil, and decides that she has to get ready. tanveer starts screaming for gazalla. sanam wonders what happened all of a sudden. razaak says that she has gone to the beauty parlour. She screams at razaak for letting gzalla go. Tanveer wonders who would help her to get ready, as she has to leave with ahil. He turns around and finds sanam, and remembers her makeover to gazalla, and says that definitely not sanam. rehaan leaves. tanveer starts pretending to be upset as to how she would get ready now. sanam politely offers her help, out of custody. tanveer says that she wont be able help tanveer, as she cant even help herself. sanam is tensed. tanveer asks if she actually thought that a piece of paper could turn her 25 years of hard work in vain, as even though she got lucky, and got a trump card, she couldnt defeat, as her own bet played against her, and indeed she should be thankful, that everyone knew that rehaan is her son, and now she can love him openly. tanveer asks if she thought she is weak as she is blind, as that isnt enough for her to defeat a player like tanveer, but she needs evil eays to defeat her, which isnt possible for sanam. tanveer says and promises that the more she tries to douse her in ahil’s eyes, the more she would get respect from her. sanam too promises that she wont ever let her succeed, in her attempts. she gives her juice, and tanveer angrily throws the glass away. tanveer gets angry and asks how dare she, and pushes her, frustratedly. Sanam is surprised,and boggled, as to how did Tanveer realise where she was, to be able to push her.
PRECAP: Tanveer is walking in the house, where shards of glasses lie on the floor, and tanveer, after much deliberation, slides the shards away with her foot, and walks past them, carefully, smiling evilly as she does so. While rahat and haya are romancing, faiz observes them from a distance, with a vengeance. Meanwhile, tanveer undergoes the final operation, and after its done, the doctors ask her to open her eyes. She screams and laughs in glee, as she finds that she can see again.
