The Episode starts with Vividha talking to lawyer for Madhav’s custody. Lawyer says I will try my best, this won’t be easy. Atharv asks why, we have raised him. Lady says but legal cases have some points, court will hear Kangana too, her case is also strong. Vividha says she has run away with Madhav once. The lady says someone kidnapped her son, she did not leave me, she will get court sympathy. Vividha asks what about my sorrow and pain. Lady says Kangana’s lawyer will try to show you down. Atharv says we don’t care. Lady says when Madhav came in your life, you did not know he is not your child, so you raised him well, now things can change. Vividha asks what are you saying, we still love him the same. Lady says I am saying what you can face in court, you can’t get emotional in court, you have to show no one can point finger at your upbringing, is there any problem.
Dadi prays and says don’t know, whose bad sight caught our family, what’s happening. Dadi Bua says I have always joked on you, today I realized you were right, someone’s bad sight caught this house, everyone used to see this family with pride, today everything is shattered, happiness used to come finding us, today we are dying to get happiness. Dadi says yes, think what our children are going through. Dadi Bua asks her not to worry, life is second name of not losing, we will fight for them. Dadi hug her. They light diya.
Atharv says Madhav stayed with Ravish for much time, Ravish is my younger brother. Lady asks them to tell everything clearly. Vividha says Ravish and I were married, it was just a compromise, Atharv met with an accident, we felt he will not come back, but he came, then Atharv and I got married… Lady says its a critical point, Kangana’s lawyer can argue and prove Madhav never got a stable normal family.
Khushi comes there. She runs around. Vividha try to hold her. Khushi runs. Sujata says she is a little girl. Lawyer says court will see two things, house environment, so you have to talk to Ravish and tell him to give same statement, court should think Madhav had a loving family always. Vividha says Madhav always got love, it never got less. Lady says good, the second thing is Khushi, she does not look she is raised well. Atharv says she was not with us, she was kept in this state. Lady asks them did they try to find out who is that person. Vividha says yes, my dad had done this. Lady ask what, can I get water. Vividha gives her water. Atharv says I know, all this is complicated, Madhav is not our blood, but we can’t lose Madhav, help us please. Lady says this case is very challenging, I will keep you updated about the case. She leaves. Sujata says you forgot this. They see the note made by lawyer. Guddi sees her ring. She think of Ravish and Kangana. Ankit comes there. He goes to hold her and stops. He leaves.
Madhav shows the painting to Khushi. She asks for colors and puts on his painting. They both fight. She pulls his hair. He shouts. Kangana comes and makes Khushi away. She scolds Khushi. Vividha comes and asks Madhav did he get hurt. Kangana says leave him. Vividha asks what’s your problem, why are you making him away from me. Kangana says till this girl is standing here, I won’t let you take him. Vividha asks who are you to do this? Kangana says I will say who I m, I will make my limits for my son. Vividha says she is his sister, they are kids. Kangana says what siblings, she is hurting him, wild animal. Vividha asks her to take her words back. Kangana asks why, you can’t raise her, you don’t give her time, I won’t let my son come to you. Vividha raises hand. Ravish holds her hand and signs no. Vividha takes Khushi and goes.
Vividha thinks of Ravish stopping her and cry. Atharv asks her to have soup. She says we were so happy, see what happened. He asks her to be strong. She says I am losing a child, how shall I be strong. He says we have seen much worse time, we will pass this too. She says this is about our children. He says life is not balanced, it has ups and downs, we have to decide to pass this phase with smile or sorrow. She says we have to make Kangana leave. He says you brought her here. She says it was my biggest mistake. He says we can’t take rash step, she is Madhav’s mum, she loves Madhav, he loves her also. She asks do you mean we should return Madhav? He says no, we have to prove we can raise Madhav better, we have to be patience. Ravish comes to Atharv and Vividha. Atharv says we want to know on whose side are you, ours or Kangana. Ravish ask why did you need to ask this? She says the way you held my hand to save Kangana, I felt you are different Ravish. Ravish says sorry, I just had two children in mind, not you or Kangana. I did not want you two to do anything wrong, you know Madhav likes Kangana, if you treat her badly, Madhav would not like you, if Khushi saw you slapping Kangana, she would have done same, children learn seeing elders, we should be careful. Vividha apologizes. He says I know you are in pressure. Atharv says you were Madhav’s dad. Ravish says I am still his dad. Atharv says we have to win this case, else we will lose Madhav, you will be asked questions in court, whom will you support, us or Kangana?
Ravish says I will do what my heart says, what I feel right. Vividha ask what do you think is right. Ravish asks don’t you know? Atharv says we are right, we want to have Madhav, we want to know what you want to do. Ravish says I remember the day when I got Madhav home, we kept Madhav’s name as Madhav as you wanted to name your child Madhav, I am with you, its obvious. Atharv and Vividha thank him and leave. Guddi comes and asks him to answer her. He asks what happened, what are you saying. She says I am asking about our engagement, it just became a question, can you answer me. He says we spoke about this before, what do you want to talk now. She says I have reason to raise this question again, I heard your promise, why can’t I see, you are my fiance, and spend time with Kangana, you don’t try to talk to me, your commitment and promise just got trapped in words. He says I can’t explain to you. She asks why can’t you see my wound, you just find Kangana everywhere. He says you are thinking much wrong, I promised you. She says I know you will keep your promise, but I don’t want to live life as a favor of promise, I want this relation to be kept by love, not promise, do you want to keep this relation by heart. Ravish says yes, I want to live my life with you. She hug him and says I need your support and love, nothing else, no one should come between us. He sees Kangana sitting alone in lawn. Atharv says it will be good if we get Ravish’s support. He sees Khushi sleeping on the ground and says I will make her sleep on the bed. Vividha says I will sit with her, let her be, her sleep will spoil. Khushi holds her hand. They sleep by Khushi’s side.
Its morning, Guddi gives juice glass to Ravish. He says thanks, I am done. She says please. He takes the glass. Atharv says I don’t want you to faint in court, have some food. Guddi says if anyone’s support is there in life, its good, thanks Ravish for supporting everyone, I am sure we will win this case. Atharv says come, we will go to court. Sujata says Lord is with you two. Kangana comes and says I can’t see you all worried, we can have out of court settlement, I will take the case back. Vividha scolds her for thinking she will win this case and take Madhav. Atharv says we won’t give Madhav, Kangana we are ready to write this and give. Vividha says you spoke of court, now every talk will happen in court. They go. Kangana sees Ravish.
They all go out. Kangana tells the man that she is alone, fighting the case. Ravish look on. They all reach the court. Court hearing starts. Atharv’s lawyer interrogates Kangana. Kangana tells everything to judge. Vividha tells something to Atharv. Atharv goes to lawyer and tells something. Kangana sees them and says I should get Madhav, he is my son. Lawyer asks Kangana does she think she can give better upbringing to Madhav? Kangana says yes. Lawyer asks her about her rehab stay for long time. Kangana says yes, I needed counselling as my child was snatched from me. Lawyer says you have killed three people, is this not true that you used to have sharp hair pin, which you dipped in poison and killed people, did you not try to kill Atharv and Vividha, you have put chemical on ground so that they fall down and die, is this not true. Kangana’s lawyer says Kangana is free of all blames now, she is totally normal now. Atharv’s lawyer says fine, Kangana did not get punished, as laws don’t punish any mentally unstable person, you are in your senses now, you tell us where is Madhav’s betterment, to stay with you or that family. Kangana says yes, I am fine now, I can give good upbringing to my son. The lady says happy family is one where child is secure, where family members are there, you are alone, is this not true, your fiance has left you, you got to know about your pregnancy when you were in medical care. Kangana says that was my past, I can give anything to my son now. Lawyer asks her to say aloud, she is single now. Kangana cry. Lawyer asks are you single or not. Kangana’s lawyer objects. Lawyer says Madhav wants to move from good family, giving him to Kangana who is alone, who was ill before, is this not wrong for a child’s future, you filed child custody case, you have to answer, even her husband is not with her, how can she manage the child, its about child’s future. Kangana gets tensed. She faints in the witness box.
PRECAP: Atharv says Madhav is ours, I m feeling bad for Kangana. Vividha says I have no sympathy for Kangana now. She says Madhav I will feed you today. Madhav says you do a lot of drama. Ravish says I m missing my mum today, I think she would have accepted me and Kangana. Sujata cries and says I have promised you, you will never miss your mum. Vividha says we will welcome Kangana, but not by lighting diya. She blows off the diya.
