Dadi asks Sherlin if she is well, she asks Dadi why she is asking such a question, Dadi reply because every day Preeta is the first one to come downstairs but today Sherlin came before her, Sherlin however takes it as a joke. Preeta comes to them all serving them the tea, Prithvi thinks she is looking really sad and might be even planning a divorce, Dadi and Rakhi take the tea when Sherlin thinks she thought that Preeta would not come out of the room or would go to her own house but there is nothing to worry about because Sarla is going to come and take her back, Sherlin thinks why has Sarla not come, asking if Sarla is not worried about her daughter. Sherlin asks Preeta if she is alright, Preeta explains she is fine. Karan also comes down from the stairs, Preeta hands him the tea and they both smile, Prithvi thinks he is not able to understand what is happening as he thought they both would be fighting, the doorbell rings when Sherlin smiles, Ganesh opens the door, and it is Sarla standing there. Preeta is delighted to see her mother and takes her blessings, Karan also takes her blessings, Rakhi invites her to have tea with them, Sarla reply that she first wants to talk with Preeta because she knows what happened between them both but would first like to talk with Preeta after which she will talk with Karan.
Janki asks Shristhi does she not think they both should go to the Luthra house, Shristhi however replies she would not do anything against her will for the next three or four days, Janki replies that she felt Sarla might say something which would cause a lot of problems. Shristhi explains that Maa is like a lioness but is really clever so would not do anything wrong.
Sarla asks why she not told the truth because she should not have hidden the truth, Preeta assures her she wanted to reveal the truth but Sarla replies even then she hid it, and also asked Shristhi to not say anything, she asked her what happened but Shristhi did not say anything, this is how much she loves her, Preeta explains she wanted to tell her but was not able to decide what to decide of her relation, Sarla explains she would always say Preeta should take the decisions by herself but now she has taken the decision on her behalf and now Preeta would pack her belongings to come back with her. Sarla explains she has taken the decision, Preeta should pack her bags and come back with her, Preeta asks her, Sarla says she is her mother and so has taken the decision on her behalf, it is her right, she once again asks Preeta to take out the bags saying she can say anything which she wants.
Kritika comes asking what has happened and why is there such a serious mood, Prithvi explains that Sarla has got to know everything that happened in Lonavla and the relation between Karan and Sonakshi so she has come to their house and is with Preeta in her room, Kritika gets worried asking Karan to go and talk as he knows how Sarla is because she will try to convince Preeta so what if something happens, Sherlin try to explain that she feels they should not disturb Sarla.
Sarla asks Preeta to pack her bags and come back with her, she asks if there is something she has to say, Sarla mentions there is something which she should say, Preeta must say that she does not want to go back with her and would remain with Karan in this house as it belongs to her, Sarla asks why does Preeta not have the strength to speak what is in her heart as when she was in trouble Karan was always with her to protect her but now when Karan is in trouble, she should be with him as everything that happened was in his past.
In the hall Sherlin think very soon Sarla would blast with anger, she will take Preeta with her, Prithvi also feels the same saying very soon Sarla who has come would surely take her back, as Karan has wronged them both.
Preeta explains she thought the past might come to ruin their present, Sarla assure nothing would happen as the past has an age and if they are willing to fight for the present and it is true that she loved Karan and he also loves her, Sarla explain that husband and wife are like the tires of a rail car, they both have to trust each other and if it is not present then who knows when it might get off the track, Sarla explain Preeta knows how to take care of all the relations so why is she worried about Karan, he cares a lot for her and loves her, she does not want to knows what happened in her past and neither should Preeta, the truth is that he cares for her, he loves her so when they both would realize this then nothing in the world would be able to separate them, she mentions they both are meant for each other, the Kumkum in her Mang is because of him so she should face everything with him just like in the past, this means that Bhagwan also wants them both to be together, Karan also enters the room, Preeta is amazed to see him, he comes to stand with Sarla, she asks if Preeta disturbed him, mentioning she knows that wives tend to fight, Karan says she did not say anything which worried him, Sarla mentions this is the best relation as even after all that happened they both understand each other, Karan explains she is not like other mothers as she understand the situation and convinced Preeta. Sarla explains that she has double duties because she is both the mother and father of Preeta, she is really glad they both are together and there is nothing to worry about, she hug them both mentioning hey both should give her the good news really soon, the entire family comes to the door and are shocked to see them hugging there, Rakhi comes to hug Preeta, when Sarla asks why is she crying, Dadi explains that Rakhi was worried and would get angry after hearing about this she would take her from this house, Sarla explains that she never thought of taking Preeta away because they all really love her and it is her own house, Karina exclaims she is really happy with Sarla but she does not have the courage like her, had Prithvi done anything like this to Kritika, she would not have left him alive. Prithvi starts imagining that he is seeking forgiveness from Karina however she kills him, he starts coughing so leaves the room, Karina asks who told her, Sherlin immediately says that she was the one because Preeta was quiet so she thought as a mother she would be able to take care of the situation, Karina questions who is she to come between a mother and daughter asking how would she have felt if someone called Sanjana, Preeta is trying to solve the relation between Karan and why did she try to ruin it all, they all really praise Preeta, Dadi explains that Sherlin did something which might have ruined the family, she try to get angry when Karina scolds her. Kritika also exclaims she was trying to argue with Nani, Sherlin apologizes when Kritika exclaims she should be sorry, she then goes to sit with Sarla exclaiming that she wants something to learn from Preeta, she should teach her how to be a favourite daughter and wife, when Sarla exclaims Kritika is really a good daughter so does not need to learn anything but even if she feels then should learn from Preeta as she would surely teach her everything, Sarla and Rakhi hold hands, she mentions that she is only praying that both the children live with each other after solving all their problems.

Prithvi is in the room, he in anger exclaims that everything was fine last night when Preeta shut the door at the face of Karan however it all got sorted in the morning, he thought that Sarla would come to take Preeta away but she did not do anything which is really troublesome, Sherlin also enters the room, they both argue exclaiming who is more frustrated, Sherlin explains she thought that they would throw Preeta out of the house however the entire Luthra family started scolding her and even involved her mother, Prithvi thinks he thought she would care for him but she is crying her own needs, Sherlin thinks Kritika also likes to say in every matter.
Sherlin questions why are they all taking the side of Preeta, Prithvi explains they are more worried about the child which in the stomach of Preeta, they are worried about their future generation. Sherlin starts crying thinking that if she was pregnant then everyone would be worried about her, Prithvi exclaims he cares and loves her a lot, Shelrin explains that she was at least pregnant but Preeta is not even pregnant, Sherlin mentions if this is the only case that they all love Preeta, she would surely prove that Preeta is not pregnant by any means necessary, she vows to do all that she can, Prithvi thinks that he is really clever as Sherlin forgot that he needs to take revenge from Kritika, she then asked him to take revenge from Kritika so he is now saved, he asks coffee when Sherlin mentions she would not stay in the house as they should have some coffee outside the house, Prithvi replies he cannot leave because he has a lot of meetings, Sherlin then explains that if he doesnot come with her she might get angry, Prithvi gets a call from the office when the person explains there is a meeting but Prithvi asks him to cancel it and book a table for two at the coffee shop, as there is something more important then work, it is family and if he gets the one thirty time slot, he would be happy so might even raise his salary, Prithvi hugs Sherlin and is really mad.
Karan enters, she asks he came early asking he would have gone to leave Maa till the house, Karan says he dropped her at the market because she needed something for the Kumkum Bhagya hall, Karan asks Preeta what has happened, she reply she is getting teased because they have still hid the truth regarding her pregnancy, they are really caring for her and loving her so she is really guilty, Karan assures they would reveal the truth, Preeta advises they should reveal now because she does not believe she can hide the truth any longer, Karan assures they would reveal really soon but for now she must come with him to the doctor, Preeta questions where, Karan replies to the doctor because she assured them there was a responsibility and after coming back they would reveal the bad news but with that also say there is still a possibility for having a child, Karan calls the doctor who mentions she has saved his contact, he asks when can they meet her, she explains she would be at the clinic between one and four while after that would be at the town hospital.
Kritika comes into the room and then gets worried because Prithvi is in the bathroom and she gets nervous, she sees that's his mobile is ringing and it is Raksesh the manager, she is shocked to see five missed calls, she answers it when the manager reveals he has booked the table for one thirty at the coffee shop, Kritika gets amazed thinking this might be the reason he is getting ready so early so she should also get ready so when he asks her then she would not get late, Prithvi coming out of the bathroom calls the manager, who says that he called him before to inform that he has already booked the table.
Shristhi is in the house when there is a bell on the door, she opens it so Sarla asks why is she looking and should take the bags from her hand, Shristhi starts looking for Preeta, Sarla questions who is she looking for, Shristhi replies that she thought Saral would bring back Preeta because she was really angry, Sarla asks why did she think that her anger means she would bring back Preeta, She thought Sarla knows what Karan did so might bring back Preeta, Sarla making her sit asks if she thinks Karan made a mistake, Shristhi replies she does not know what is right and wrong, Karan made a mistake but Sonakshi herself told them that her child was born dead so what is the point in getting angered over the mistake that doesnot exist anymore, she did not know what to do so when Preeta asked her to not say anything to Sarla, she agreed as she knows Sarla might make a mistake in anger, Sarla questions if she thinks Sarla always scolds them, she asks if she does not love them.
Sarla reply this is what the mothers are like as they want to make sure that their children are not in any sort of trouble, she went to see Preeta as she has gone through a lot of troubles so she went to see if Preeta is fine, even Shristhi is fine and even if she sometime makes mistakes she knows how to handle the situation, Sarla reply that the Luthra house also belongs to Preeta because she has such in laws who love her a lot, and also a loving husband so how could she bring her back.
Shristhi reply that she knows wen Sarla gets angered she makes mistakes, Sarla reply she only does what is right for her daughters, the last time she brought Preeta back was because there was no trust between them both and so she brought Preeta back as there was no need to manage a relation, but this time she saw they both love each other a lot which is why they must live happily, Karan stood by her even when she got to know that Preeta would not be able to become a mother he always protected her, Shristhi is not able to understand, Sarla replies that when Preeta came back from the doctor she told her that there are complications and she might not be able to become a mother anymore, Shristhi gets really tensed so decides to call Preeta.
PRECAP: Sarla says that when he came to know that Preeta is not pregnant and might not even be a mother, Shristhi gets really tensed, Karan asks Preeta to wait while the reports come as then they would reveal the truth, he makes her promise that until he reveal the news, she would not say anything, Sherlin comes out from the corner and is really happy.
