Imlie visits Mela and happily looks at folk dancers. She joins them and dances along. Aditya also reach mela. Imlie’s mother Mithi sets up lamp and other mud utensil shop. Janendra meets Aditya and warns him to just concentrate on his work and not interfere with villagers. Imlie continues to dance asks Mithi to join. Nakli Naani Dulari scolds mother to concentrate on shop. Aditya clicks Imlie’s pics. Satyakam enters with his team. Mithi joins her, but seeing Dulari yelling at her walks away kissing Imlie’s forehead emotionally. Aditya clicks their pics. Dulari yells at Imlie’s mother. Satyakam interferes and warns her to speak sweet and then tells Mithi that this mela has village’s pleasant smell and ask her not to get tensed. She goes to get him something to eat. Aditya sees him and walks to him. Satyakam notices him and he acts as looking at Mithi’s shop, but walks away when someone calls him. Dulari holds Aditya’s hand and insists him to buy lamp. He says he doesn’t want to. She says in their village if someone touches something, it belongs to them, so he should pay money and take it. He ask for the price. She says 20 rs. Mithi says its 5 rs, but Dulari shuts her mouth and takes 20 rs. Imlie notices that and insists Naani to return the remaining money to him. Dulari denies and shouts. Imlie warns to inform Satyakam if she doesn’t. Dulari leaves currency note.
At Aditya’s house, family makes arrangements to meet Malini’s family. Nidhi prepares dahi bhalle and tastes it to Badimaa and papa. Badimaa says dhaniya is needed. At Malini and her parents get ready to leave. She praises her pap ia good looking. Anu says she will use washroom first as she doesn’t want to use Aditya’s family’s common washroom. Malini requests her not to be rude with Aditya’s family as they are simple people.
Aditya follows Satyakam when Imlie stops him and says lamp does not worth 20 rs. He ask if it was of 50 rs then, and says villagers just try to loot city people. She says its worth 5rs and her nani took extra money by mistake, so she came to return it; she says he should paste the currency on his wall as a reminder that villagers are kind people and not opportunistic like he thinks. She walk away crying while he tries to stop her and apologize. He then gets busy again following Satyakam and keeps lamp in lamp area. A lady says he shouldn’t keep it unlit and if he prays while light it, his wish will be fulfilled. He says his wish is fulfilling without praying. Imlie sees unlit lamp and lights it. Aditya continues following Satyakam. Janendra stops him and warns to go slow.
Back at Aditya’s house, Rupali prepares halwa. Badima and papa praise it. Nidhi tastes and says it has less sugar. Rupali tastes it and throwing tantrums throws halwa bowl on floor. Aparna, Pankaj, Nidhi, and Dhruv hurriedly cleaar it hearing door bell. Malini with parents walks in. Bade papa and Maa greet them in. Anu taunts if bahus do house cleaning also?
Aditya walks behind Satyakam when Janendra stops him and asks him to have some patience. Imlie dances enthusiastically with folk dancers on Jaa Jaa Re Hat Natkhat…song.. She drags Mithi along and then insists Satyakam to join and convinces him to play dhol. He plays dhol happily. Police in jeep heads towards village to arrest Satyakam. Janendra informs Aditya that he convinced Dadda/Satyakam’s team member to let him meet Dadda. Aditya walks towrads Dadda when a team member stops him and informs Dadda that police is coming to arrest him. Imlie tries to stop Dadda emotionally, but his team takes him along. Aditya follows, but Dadda’s guard stops him. Aditya thinks he will cover story at any cost and clicks Satyakam’s pics. Satyakam notices him and asks who is he. Janendra says he is a tourist. Aditya reveals he is a reporter and came to cover his story. Satyakam asks team to check him. Aditya gives his ID card. Imlie reads his credentials. Aditya says people says he is a rebel, but he wants to know his real story. Satyakam hears police siren and tells Aditya that he would have come alone. Aditya says he didn’t call police, his phone rings just then and Satyakam snatches it. Aditya asks to check his call record. Police run in and point gun at Aditya. Satyakam snatches his gun and making Aditya as hostage escapes from there. Police searches them but in vain. Inspector says if Aditya was local villager, he would have shot Aditya by then and orders team to find Satyakam by night.
Malini waits for Aditya’s call and hopes he would have met Satyakam by now. She look at her and Aditya’s pic and thinks he never poses well for pics, don’t know how their wedding album will be.
Anu’s parents visit Aditya’s home. Family greets them, and Aparna serves samosas. Chaturvedi likes it, but Anu throws tantrums and asks for tissue paper. Nidhi murmurs they don’t keep tissue paper. Dhruv rushes out and brings tissue paper. Chaturvedi warns Anu that samosa is fried in oil and not in water. Malini continues her tantrums. Badepapa says they have selected a date for Malini and Aditya’s engagement. Aparna says they have started reconstructing Aditya’s room to accommodate Malini. Anu says no need for that as she bought a Bungalow at Civil Lines for Malini and Aditya as wedding gift. Badepapa says all 3 children grew up in this house and will feel comfortable here. Anu says they were 4 before and now 10, Malini cannot adjust in this crowded house. Aparna asks Malini really will not adjust. Chaturvedi says she is of adjustable nature. Anu’s tantrums continue.
Precap: Satyakam makes Aditya a hostage and pointing gun at him asks to remember his god as its time to meet him. He shoots bullet, and Imlie shouts in fear. Malini over phone tells Aditya that she feels he is going far away from her. Just then Imlie speaks to Aditya, making Malini more suspicious.
