Pakhi insists Samrat to break her mangalsutra and throw it away. Samrat remembers their wedding and stops it. She asks when he doesn’t want to be in a relationship, why don’t he break it. He says mangalsutra is a symbol of togetherness for lives, it reminds him of the promises he made during pheras and hence he thinks he will give their relationship one more chance. Pakhi gets happy hearing that. In living room, Bhavani tells family that tonight is Janmastami pooja, but it doesn’t look like their old celebrations where whole house used to fill with laughter and happiness. Mohit says he will call Samrat. Omkar stops him and says Samrat shouldn’t feel like they are forcing decisions on him. Sonali says they haven’t decorated the house at all. Ashwini says everyone are eager to hear Samrat and Pakhi’s decision. Sai with Virat walks to them and says she will serve them breakfast. Samrat walks to them next. Bhavani asks where is Pakhi. Pakhi serves multiple dishes and calls them for breakfast looking very happy. Sai thinks something is weird. Bhavani says Pakhi prepared Samrat’s favorite dishes and asks her to serve dishes to everyone. Virat informs family that his transfer order letter has come and he needs to leave tomorrow for new posting. Bhavani asks how did the transfer happen suddenly. Sai asks Virat to inform family that he himself applied for transfer. Ashwini asks why? Virat says orders have come, he needs to go and there is no use of discussing about it. He tells Ninad that he will send money for Sai every month. Sai says she can manage as her scholarship money is enough for her. Virat says she is his responsibility and he can not back off. Pakhi asks him to stay back for a few days as she and Samrat want to give their relationship another chance and want to start it with graha shanti and Satyanarayana pooja and want the whole family to join them in their happiness. Bhavani gets happy hearing that. Mansi says Bappa heard her prayers. Mohit says Samrat dada will not leave the house now. Bhavani says she knows Pakhi is sensible and convinced Samrat. Ashwini prays for their happy married life. Pakhi says they want to perform both poojas this Monday and hopes Samrat likes her prepared food. Samrat smiles. Sai says she will help Pakhi. Pakhi asks her to sit as she wants to serve her. Sai sits confused with Pakhi’s sudden changed of behavior. Pakhi serves laddu to Samrat and says they should start afresh with sweets. She serves laddu to everyone next. Ninad praises her food. Pakhi also praises him and says they will gets sweets every day as everything is normal now. Bhavani asks to invite guests for pooja. Sonali says this pooja is auspicious for married couple and prays Pakhi and Samrat’s happy married life. Pakhi says she is this house’s bahu but never sat with her husband for pooja, now she will as Samrat returned. She looks at Virat and thinks he shouldn’t think she will cry when he rejected her, she will show him even she deserves happiness; maybe Virat will postpone his posting.
Virat walks to Samrat and hugs him happily smiling at Pakhi; he says he is very happy for his Jiva. Ashwini says she was eager to see Jiva and Shiva’s jodi back and wants them to be each other’s support always. Virat says he is happy for them, but can not postpone his posting as it doesn’t suit an IPS officer. Pakhi says Sai told he took transfer himself. Virat says his absence will not disturb their pooja. Ashwini ask why didn’t he think about Sai and leaving her alone here. Virat says Sai’s second year will start and she needs to concentrate on her studies. Pakhi asks if he will not stay for Samrat. Virat says no. Sai says let us see if his transfer will happen or not. Virat says its already sanctioned and can not be canceled, she should celebrate as he is going away from her life and she can live peacefully. Sai asks if he wants to show everyone that he is taking transfer because of her and going away from family. He says everyone know she has problem with him, hence he decided to go away, but since she is his responsibility, he will follow it until she becomes self-dependent. Sai says he just now told she is the reason for his transfer. He says it would be beneficial for her, but he didn’t take transfer because of her. Samrat asks it means he took transfer because of his return. Virat says his transfer is his idea and he got transferred to a terrorist location as its good for his career. He informs family that there won’t be mobile network at his place and he will call them whenever he can. Shivani says he will not go. Virat says orders have come and he has decided already, so he needs to go right now. Ashwini says today is Janmastami and its Jiva and Shiva’s festival, so he should stay back. Bhavani also desires them to break dahi handi tonight. Virat says he understands their feelings, but there is no value for feelings in front of his duty.
Bhavani tells Virat that whole family will feel happy seeing Jiva and Shiva’s jodi breaking dahi handi during janmashtami celebrations tonight. Virat says nothing is important to him than his duty. Samrat remembers Virat in childhood asking him to stay with his mother in Pune and reminding him same says he is doing same now. Pakhi thinks Virat is trying to run away from the situation and is unable to see her and Samrat together, just like he couldn't see her and Samrat dancing during sangeet ceremony. Virat says his transfer is confirmed and he needs to go. Sai thinks she will not let him go away from his family. Pakhi says everyone used to think she is the reason behind Sai and Virat’s rift, now they should stay happily in this house as she asked Samrat to take her along to Mahabaleshwar. Virat says she is not the reason for the rift between him and his wife, he needs to visit police station and handover his duty to the next officer in charge, and he walks towards door. Ashwini and Mohit ask Sai to stop her husband from going. Sai reminds Virat’s rude behavior and leaves for college. Ashwini concerned for Virat tells Ninad that Virat is in pain and she can sense it as a mother, he wants to punish himself and going away from Sai. Ninad says Samrat told Virat is going away because of him. Ashwini says whatever the reason is, their son is in pain and is going away from family. Ninad says they cannot cancel official orders. Ashwini says they some how need to stop Virat and praying for both Samrat and Virat and pray to god to help Sai stop Virat some how. Ninad says he can understand her concern, but even Sai can not cancel official orders.
Sai visits DIG’s office and requests him to cancel Virat’s transfer some how. DIG says Virat himself applied for transfer and its approved, if Virat fought with her and took transfer. Sai says Virat should stay here and take care of his family. DIG says orders are from higher authorities and he can’t help. Sai pleads to do something as Virat is both mentally and physically unwell after the recent events. DIG says then they need to hold Virat’s transfer orders as he can’t risk his efficient officer’s life, but Virat must have finished his handover formalities by now. Sai says she considered him as her Aaba and hence came to discuss her problem with him. DIG agrees to hold transfer orders for few days. Sai thank him and requests not to inform Virat about it as he will get angry with her and will make her late Mrs Virat Sai Chavan. DIG laughs and asks if Virat is so angry. She says once she reached hospital to check Virat’s BP as his BP is always high. DIG laughs more. Virat walks in speaking on phone. Sai hides. Virat gives file to DIG for signatures. DIG nervously speaks and invites him for lunch. Virat asks if he is fine, he had lunch. DIG insists and asks him to wait outside. Virat notices Sai’s bag and questions. DIG says its his daughter’s bag. Virat leaves. Sai comes out of hiding and thanks DIG. DIG asks her not to fight with Virat often as policemen are already tensed the whole day and expect peace at home. Sai says she knows as her Aaba was also a police officer and in a childish tone says Virat fight with her instead. DIG laughs and says she is like his daughter who expresses her mind openly and invites her and Virat for dinner some day. Sai thanks him and leaves.
Mohit with Samar decorates house for Janmastami celebration and says it would be amazing seeing Virat and Samrat breaking dahi handi. Samrat asks him to break dahi handi this time. Mohit asks if its because Virat won’t be present tomorrow. Samrat says Virat used to break handi climbing his shoulders, but things have changed now. Ashwini walks in and requests him to forgive Virat for hiding things from him and give him a chance like he gave Pakhi. Samrat says Virat himself doesn’t want to talk, then how will he give him a chance. Virat returns and asks if he will if he doesn’t go tonight as he may not. Samrat asks what he means. Virat says even he doesn’t know and needs to find out.
Precap: Bhavani tells she will gift a pearl necklace to a bahu who shows her Bal Gopal’s face first. Ashwini says Sai showed it first. She then confronts Sai if she doesn’t have any feelings for Virat, why she is objecting his transfer. Virat hears their conversation.
