Saransh walks to Balraj’s room and looks at his locker in cupboard thinking Dadu keeps money in this locker. He remembers password, opens locker and seeing a lot of money thinks he will give it to fake mamma and ask her to go from here. He picks money when Balraj returns and stands shocked seeing him steal money. Sharda wakes up and asks Saransh what is he doing? Balraj says he is stealing money in his own house. Saransh says he is not. Balraj angrily walks towards Saransh. Sharda stops him. Balraj yells that first Preesha came and then her sister, they already messed his life and now this uncultured boy, he will call police and send him to juvenile jail. Sharda stops him. Saransh try to run away, but Balraj stops him, so he jumps from window to escapes and falls down severely injured and unconscious. Sharda shouts in shock and rush to Preesha’s room asks her to come along as Saransh. Preesha asks what happened to Saransh, walks out with her and stands shocked seeing Saransh unconscious on with blood oozing out from his head. She picks him and ask what had happened. Sharda explain the whole incident. Preesha takes him to hospital asking to search for Rudra and send him to hospital. Sharda walks in, and Balraj asks if the boy is fine. Sharda says he fell from height and is unconscious injured, so Preesha took him to hospital. Mahima walks in and hearing their conversation asks what happened to Saransh? Ahana says Saransh fell from 1st floor window. Sharda says he… Balraj shouts he tried to steal money and after getting caught red handed and scolded by him fell from window. Mahima shouts how can he scold Saransh and force him to jump. Balraj shouts how dare she to question him. She says she is mentally insane, but he is sane and forced Saransh to fall down. He shouts he made a mistake by letting her in his house. Ahana says he is right. Sharda asks them to stop fighting and reach hospital as Preesha is alone there. Preesha rushes Saransh to hospital and asks doctor to treat him soon. Doctor says his leg, head, and back are severely injured and needs immediate surgery, she knows about the complications. He takes Saransh to operation theater while she stands crying. Vasu is seen rushing GPS to hospital behind after he incurred heart attack. Doctor informs Vasu that his condition is serious as he suffered a major heart attack.
Ahana is sound asleep at home when Yuvraj calls her. She picks call and after a bit of yelling informs him what Saransh did. Yuvraj panics thinking Saransh fell down because of his idea and if he informs everyone about it, he will be in trouble.
Sharda with Balraj and Mahima reach hospital. Doctor gets out of OT and informs Preesha that he fixed Saransh’s leg fracture, but due to severe blood loss, he needs blood transfusion, his blood is rare group and not available in any hospital at this time, so a family member should give him blood. He says usually mother’s blood matches, who is his mother. Mahima and Preesha at once say they are, then Preesha says she is aunt and Mahima is mother. Doctor checks their blood group and says their blood doesn’t match. Preesha says she will call Saransh’s father Rudra and try his number, but his phone is not reachable. She stands more tensed.
Rudra with Vasu sees Preesha with family at hospital and asks what is she doing here? Vasu asks how did they all know about it and come here. Rudra says appa got massive heart attack. Vasu reminisces returning home from Khurana Mansion when GPS suffers heart attack. She calls Rudra and informing him about GPS’ heart attack asks him to inform Preesha and come there soon. Rudra think Preesha is already tensed regarding Mahima, so he should himself go and manage the situation. He rush GPS to hospital where doctor informs that GPS suffered massive heart attack. Preesha asks how is appa now. Rudra says his condition is stable now and seeing his parents and Mahima asks what are they doing here, who is with Saransh at home.
On the other side, Yuvraj reach hospital thinking he should stop Saransh before he reveal the truth to his family. Preesha informs that Saransh is in the hospital after being severely injured after he fell from Sharda’s bedroom. Rudra is shocked and asks how did it happen. Preesha says Saransh had gone to Sharda and Balraj’s room and tried to steal money from locker. Mahima reveals that Balraj threatened him to call police, so he jumped from window to save himself but got severely injured. Preesha says Saransh’s condition is very critical. Rudra confronts Balraj and asks how dare he to threaten a small boy. Balraj says Saransh was stealing his money. Rudra says its also Saransh’s money now and he can take it.
Mahima blames Rudra that because of his father Saransh condition is critical, he was worried that she would harm him and didn’t want to return him to her, now she will not leave him with Rudra’s family and risk his life, she will take him away. Rudra says she can not do that. Yuvraj hearing their conversation enters and informs that they are all the reason for Saransh’s condition and reveals that Saransh wanted to steal money to give it to Mahima and send her away from his, Preesha, and Rudra’s life. Preesha warns him to stop lying. He says he brought Saransh home twice and they didn’t even thank him, he saw Saransh’s meeting his friend who lives with his father and stepmother after his father divorced his mother and gave her huge alimony, so Saransh thought of stealing money from Balraj and giving it to Mahima to send her away from their lives. Rudra tells Mahima that her son doesn’t want to stay with her, so she is responsible for his accident. Nurse walks in and asks Preesha to call Saransh’s father as he needs blood soon. Rudra accompany her. Balraj confronts Mahima next that she was alleging him, but her blood doesn’t even match her son and an outsider Rudra’s blood matched instead. Mahima reveals that is because Rudra is Saransh’s chacha/uncle. Balraj and Sharda are shocked and ask what does she mean. Preesha try to stop Mahima. Mahima reveals that Saransh is her and Rajiv’s son and Khurana’s grandson Rudra married Preesha to bring Saransh home and let him stay with his own family; she and Rajiv loved each other and wanted to marry, but Balraj opposed it and before they could realize it, she was already pregnant; Rajiv died in tension, etc. She then blames Balraj again for Saransh’s condition.
Precap: Rudra sees his parents tensed and asks Sharda if Saransh is fine. Sharda informs that they found that Saransh is Rajiv’s son. Balraj cries hugging Rudra and saying if something happens to Saransh, he will not forgive himself. Mahima says she will take Saransh with her. Sareansh gets well and returns home. Mahima tells Preesha that she will get Saransh ready for online class if Saransh permits. Saransh agrees. Preesha brings him milk and doesn’t find him in room.
