Preesha helps Mahima get back on terrace from its border edge and herself gets on terrace. She hug Mahima emotionally asking her not to do that again. Yuvraj try to get out of Khurana Mansion and gets tensed seeing everyone gathering in the living room. He pray to god for help. Saransh seeing him ask what is he doing here? Yuvraj says he is also searching for Preesha and Mahima. Saransh says he will inform Rudra. Yuvraj plead not to and remind him that he bought him ice cream and chocolate for him. Saransh says he doesn’t hide anything from his parents and calls Rudra. Everyone walk to him thinking something happen and stand fuming seeing Yuvraj. Rudra asks what is he doing here? Yuvraj says he came here in sleep walk. GPS scolds why did he come inside when he ordered him to go. Yuvraj says he is also worried for Preesha and Mahima and walking a big nervously asks if they saw on terrace, he was also curious and couldn’t stop him from searching for Preesha and Mahima. Rudra warns him to wait here and ask Ahana to not let him go walks to terrace with GPS, Vasu, and Sharda and gets shocked seeing Preesha and Mahima there. He asks what are they doing here, everyone are worried for them. She blabbers. He says where is her phone, he called her many times, she should have informed and come here. Preesha says she will get her phone and Mahima says she is feeling tired. They all walk down. Ahana asks Yuvraj why did he come there. He says to watch free drama and suspense like her. Ahana says he is useless and she is stuck because of him. He asks if she is cemented here by Nalla Khurana Rudra, she can freely move. Saransh says they all came. Yuvraj runs away. Mishka says let him go as she is not his security guard. Ahana says she is right.
Preesha apologize to Rudra saying they came here for 10 minutes and feeling good spent more time here. Rudra says he was very tensed and she would have informed him at least. She hug him and thinks she shouldn’t inform him about Mahima’s sleep walk, else he will get more tensed. He sees her slippers missing and asks where are they? She says she and Mahima came on terrace barefooted. He checks border and asks why did she go there and risked her life. She stands nervously. He asks to look into his eyes and tell truth, they promised each other not to hide anything from each other; did anything happen with Mahima and she came behind her. Preesha says yes, but its her mistake that she didn’t give Mahima medicine on time and Mahima started sleep walking again. She describes what had happened exactly. In living room, Vasu tells Sharda that by god’s grace, everything is fine now. Ahana taunt Vasu and yells that already their daughters are troubling them and they come here often uninvited. Vasu argues. GPS says Ahana is right and apologize to her. Ahana leaves with Mishka. GPS says nobody can understand parents’ dilemma of which child to support. Rudra scolds Preesha for risking her life for Mahima, says Mahima is mentally ill, but why didn’t she think of him and Saransh. Preesha says she didn’t have time to think and if she should have left her akka to die. He asks what about him and Saransh, their relationship of love are bigger than blood relationship. Preesha says Mahima will get well if they return her Saransh. Rudra asks why she repeats same words, when Mahima cannot take care of herself, how will she take care of Saransh and risk his life. Preesha says Mahima will get well if Saransh stays with her. Rudra asks if she can guarantee as a doctor, Mahima will get well in mental health clinic and he will get her admitted there. Preesha says she will not let him take Mahima to mental health clinic at any cost.
GPS and Vasu walk to Mahima and ask her to take care of herself and to call them if needed. Mahima nods yes. Vasu tells GPS that Mahima is in peace with Saransh and Saransh is her medicine, as Mahima says she will get well if Saransh stay with her. GPS think it will ruin Preesha’s happiness. Preesha try to convince Rudra to return Saransh to Mahima. Rudra climb railing, and Preesha pleads to come down. He ask if she will be in peace if he falls down. She pleads not to do that and get him down asks if he has gone mad. He says he felt the same worry and pain when he heard of risking her life; if something happens to her, even he will die.
Rudra emotionally asks Preesha what would have happened to him and Saransh if something had happened to her. He says whatever she says, he will not give Saransh to that sick woman Mahima. GPS walks to them. Preesha wipe her tears says they were coming down. GPS says he came to inform them that they are going and ask if there is any problem between them because of Mahima, he will take Mahima from here. Preesha says no need for that as Mahima is getting well in Saransh’s company, looking at Rudra. Rudra says Preesha is a doctor and knows well. GPS says he is asking a son and a daughter and not doctor, he doesn’t want Mahima here. Preesha insists and he leaves with Vasu. Rudra asks Sharda about Saransh. Sharda says he is sleeping with Mahima. He angrily walk away. Sharda ask Preesha what happened to Rudra. Preesha says he is fine and went to sleep. Rudra picks Saransh from Mahima’s bed and bring him to his room. Preesha asks why did he bring Saransh here. He says he doesn’t want mentally sick Mahima to harm Saransh in sleep. Preesha says akka is Saransh’s mother. Rudra says Saransh is his son and he will not risk Saransh’s life, is sorry for that. She ask sorry for hurting her and akka’s feelings, getting over possessive with Saransh, he is over reacting with akka’s mental illness. He says again that he can not risk Saransh’s life and she has to decide if she wants to stay with them or Mahima as he doesn’t want mentally ill Mahima to harm Saransh. He insist to choose right now. Preesha walks towards door crying, holds door to close it, but then walks away leaving Rudra shattered. Rudra closes door seeing her decision. Serial’s title song Yeh Hai Chahatein song play in the background. Rudra think he knows she is standing outside as she loves them. Preesha thinks she knows he is standing near door and waiting for her. Rudra thinks if she opens door, he will let her in. Preesha thinks she has to stay with Akka for her safety and walks away feeling sorry. Preesha returns to Mahima’s room and correcting her blanket removes Saransh’s photo from her hands. She reminisces her love for Rudra and Saransh, but then keeps Saransh’s photo in Mahima’s hands thinking Mahima loves Saransh and if she doesn’t get him, she will lose her mental balance totally and will not let that happen, whatever happens she will return Saransh to her at any cost. Rudra thinks whatever happens, he will not give Saransh to Mahima.
The next morning, Mahima wakes up and panics not seeing Saransh next to her, wakes up Preesha and asks where is Saransh. Preesha says Rudra took Saransh with him. Mahima asks if Rudra doesn’t like Saransh with her, what is the issue. Preesha says Rudra found out about yesterday’s incident after seeing her slippers on the terrace and took Saransh with him. Mahima asks if he thinks she will harm Saransh. Preesha says Rudra is over protective about Saransh. Mahima says why would she harm her own son. Preesha asks her to relax and says tonight is Rudra’s concert and she should accompany them. Mahima says she doesn’t want to spoil their mood by coming there. Preesha asks her to take care of herself and not try to harm herself. Mahima agrees.
During breakfast, Balraj warns Rudra not to miss tonight’s concert and to accompany him in his car tonight. Rudra asks why should he? Preesha says Rudra will. Saransh senses they fought again and to break the ice asks Preesha which dress will he wear for the concert. Preesha says he will not. Rudra asks reason. Preesha says he has maths exam tomorrow, she asked appa to come and pick him up; he can attend next concert. Rudra and Saransh agree.
Ahana and Mishka returns to her room and tells that Mahima was alright yesterday and then suddenly she started her drama, she doubts if she is really mentally ill. Mishka says she is right. Ahana says she need to find out via Yuvraj and call him. Yuvraj who got a new job as clerk in a hospital continues his buffoonery when Ahana calls him and asks if Mahima looked really mentally ill during their Ooty trip. He says he doesn’t think so. She asks him to find out if she is or not, maybe he will find some more secrets about her. Yuvraj agree.
Precap: Saransh warns Mahima not to call him son as she is his fake mamma and should go from here. Mahima panics hearing that and picks knife. Saransh returns and stands shocked. Yuvraj sees Saransh walking on road, offers him ice cream and asks why did he leave house again. Saransh say Rudra fought with mamma again and told he will leave her. Rudra with Preesha searches Saransh. Yuvraj suggests Saransh that he saw his friend’s father giving money to his old mama and saying her tata bye bye, he also should do something similar and say tata bye bye to new mamma Mahima and live happily with old mamma Preesha.
