Ahana over phone asks Yuvraj to find out more about Mahima, if she is really mentally ill or acting, maybe he will find out some secret about her. Yuvraj says he is working in Mental Health Clinic where Mahima was admitted, so getting her file is very easy for him. He picks Mahima’s file from doctor’s cupboard and thinks of showing it to another psychiatrist. Rudra get ready for concert. Saransh ask if he didn’t ask mamma to select dress. Rudra says he will select his dresses himself from hereon as he doesn’t like Preesha’s selected combination. Saransh think definitely they would have fought, so he has to do something. He drops water on floor and calls Preesha. Rudra asks him to stop and try to shut his mouth. Preesha walks in asking what happened, slips on floor, and falls on Rudra. She reminisces Rudra asking her last night to choose between her sister or husband and son. Rudra leaves her. Saransh asks why did they separate, he didn’t drop water to separate them; asks them to stop fighting and kiss each other. Rudra shyly kiss Preesha’s cheek. Saransh ask them not to fight again and go to concert together. Rudra slips, Preesha holds him and laughs.
Yuvraj shows Mahima’s file to psychiatrist who says Mahima went through severe mental trauma and suffered a lot, he should bring her for treatment here. Ahana hears their conversation on phone and says she heard doctor’s conversation and disconnects call yelling at him. Yuvraj thinks why Khurana families are ungrateful to him always, anyways he will find out more about Mahima. Ahana yells that already they are facing trouble because of Preesha and now her sister joined to trouble them more.
Saransh waits for GPS to pick him up and calls him. GPS says he was on the way when his friend’s health deteriorated and he his rushing him to hospital, so he will come after dropping him to hospital. Saransh ask him to come whenever he is free. Mahima sitting near him asks if he is feeling bored, can they play games. He warns her to stay away from him and stop bothering him as she is his fake mamma and not real one. Mahima try her best, but he walks away shouting. Mahima gets panic attack and looks at fruit knife nearby. Saransh walks to his room and runs down hearing Mahima’s shout and stands shocked seeing her slit head with blood oozing out. Khurana family returns home after Rudra’s concert discussing it was a great success. Saransh rush to Rudra and ask him to come and see what fake mamma did. They rush to Mahima and see her unconscious with slit wrist. Balraj asks Rudra not to touch her and call doctor first, else it would be police case. Rudra calls Mahima’s psychiatrist. GPS enters and gets worried seeing Mahima’s condition. Doctor treats Mahima and informs Preesha that Mahima is going through a severe mental crisis and she should make sure that Mahima is not mentally stressed again. GPS thanks Rudra for bearing problems because Mahima and walks away.
Rudra get angry with Preesha that a small kid Saransh had to bear mental shock because of Mahima, Preesha purposefully left Saransh with Mahima to make their bonding strong, but didn’t realize how dangerous Mahima is and would have harmed even Saransh. Preesha says Saransh is Mahima’s son and he has to return to her at any cost. Rudra says he can leave everything and even Preesha, but not Saransh. Preesha cry what is he saying. Saransh hears their conversation and walks out of house panicked. Rudra hands over his cheque book, song scripts, guitar, etc., to her and says music is his life, but he can leave it for Saransh just like she left him for Mahima. She says she didn’t leave him and he sent her out of room instead. He says he waited near door for long, but she didn’t even return and preferred her sister over her husband, Saransh is his brother’s last gift and he will not send Saransh away at any cost.
Rudra confronts Preesha that like her sister is most important to her, Saransh is most important to him as he is his brother’s last gift, he will not let anything wrong happen to Saransh at any cost and he can separate from Preesha but not Saransh, decision is up to her.
In home bar, Balraj tells Ahana that if Mahima dies attempting suicide repeatedly, they would be in trouble. Ahana says he is right, their reputation is at stake, Preesha wants to end their empire, so why don’t he kick Mahima out of the house. Balraj says how to convince Rudra to send her out, why don’t she convince him. Ahana agrees.
GPS returns home. Vasu ask why is he late and why is his phone switched off. GPS thinks he shouldn’t inform her about Mahima’s attempt at suicide. She asks where is Saransh, if he is playing outside. He says Saransh insisted to play with him and Mahima, so it got late and he didn’t bring Saranch with him. She asks if Mahima is fine, he should have taken her to meet Mahima. He says she is fine.
Saransh thinks he can not see his parents fighting because of fake mamma Mahima, writes a note for Preesha that he is going to grandparents’ house and will return only when fake mamma leaves home, keeps it on table in Preesha’s room. He walks out of the house while watchman is asleep and walks on road when Yuvraj sees him and thinks where is his ATM going, walks to him and asks where is he going now, he will call Preesha and inform her. He asks not to. Yuvraj takes him to roadside eatery. Preesha wakes up and cry thinking Rudra wants her to decide between him and Saransh and Mahima, how can she leave Mahima who is in her life much before Rudra. She sits near table and gets worried reading Saransh’s letter that he is going to his grandparents’ house and will return only when fake mamma leave home.
Yuvraj takes Saransh to roadside eatery offering him ice cream ask what happened now? Saransh says Rudra and mamma are fighting again because of fake mamma Mahima, so he left house to grandparent’s home and will not return until fake mamma leave their house. Yuvraj says fake mamma is his real mamma, so he has to leave old mamma Preesha and live with new mamma just like if he get bored with old toys, he leaves them and plays with new toys. Saransh says Preesha is his real mamma and he wants to stay with her. His friends greets him and says he came with his parents here. He checks friend’s parents and asks who is this new aunty as he knows his mamma. Friend says she is his step mother as his father left his real mother after giving her huge money in alimony. Yuvraj brainwash Saransh to do something similar and send fake mamma away with some money so that he can stay happily with Preesha.
Preesha rush to Rudra and shows him Saransh’s letter. They call Vasu and ask if Saransh came there. She says no and they inform her of the letter. Vasu also panics and after informing GPS goes out to search for Saransh.
Rudra rush out of the house and seeing watchman sleeping vents out his anger on watchman. They both search for Saransh on roads and meet GPS and Vasu. Yuvraj drop Saransh outside home and asks to think about his idea. Saransh returns home. Sharda emotionally hug him and over phone informs Rudra that Saransh is back home. Rudra with Preesha, GPS, and Vasu returns home. They both hug Saransh emotionally and their family bonding continues. At night, Saransh wakes up from sleep thinking he should get some money and send fake mamma out of their lives.
Precap: Sharda panics and informs informs Preesha that Saransh… Preesha rushes searching Saransh. Sharda then informs Balraj that Saransh fell down and broke his leg and head, so Preesha took him to hospital. Mahima stands shocked hearing that. Yuvraj reaches hospital thinking if Saransh reveals truth, he will be in trouble. He tells Preesha and family that Saransh stole money to give it to Mahim and send her away from his life.
