Vanraj taunts Anu to click photos of holding coconut and wandering on beach. Anu says thank you and walk away with Anuj. Kavya get angry and ask Vanraj if he came here as he knew Anu is here, his act will not affect Anu, but they will be out of market and Anuj will not let them get a job anywhere. Vanraj says he doesn’t care. She says he use to ignore Anu for her and but now he ignoring her for Anu, he is jealous all the time and making her suffer.
Anuj sees Anu angry and ask if she is fine? She says sorry for hearing so much because of her, why can’t Vanraj leave her alone and not bother her. He ask again if she is fine? She says she is hungry. He take her to a restaurant where Anu inform Bapuji over the phone about Kavya and Vanraj’s visit to Mumbai. Kavya bring Vanraj there and goes to washroom.
Anuj start coughing while having food. Anu pat his back. Vanraj get jealous noticing that. Anuj’s friend takes him away to meet a client. Vanraj walk to Anu and taunts she lost her shame out of Ahmedabad, her college spark has become full fledge flame and she is ruining his family name. Anu ask him to continue. He says she made a big issue when his and Kavya’s affair was out, now she is shamelessly romancing her college boyfriend. She ask why is he bothered, its none of his business.
Nandini panic seeing Rohan’s mask wearing men around her house and run into Shah house and closes door. Baa ask what happened? Nandini nervously lies that someone tried to snatch her mobile. Baa scold why she roams outside alone, what if something happens to her? Kinjal notice her fear.
Anu ask Vanraj what is her place in his life that he is bothered, he is nothing to her and he doesn’t have any right on her. He says he left his right and she left her decency. She ask why is he bothering a stranger if he is bothered about decency; she tolerated his second wife and he is still bothering her; she want to clear that she doesn’t care what was in Anuj’s heart for her, she doesn’t have anything for Anuj in her heart and why is he bothered even if it is; they become friends after divorce, when she can be his friend, why can’t she be someone’s friend; how does it matter even if she and Anuj are more than friends?
Vanraj shouts he feels jealous and angry on himself and her; she wasn’t like he wanted, but was perfect for him; they were not compatible but were bonding well, they never fought in 25 years; he loves Kavya, but they fight every day; he couldn’t connect with Kavya like he connected with Anu, he is unable to disconnect with Anu completely and connect with Kavya yet; he hasn’t moved on, but Anu has way moved on, it didn’t bother her seeing him and Kavya; she easily moved on with Anuj, but he couldn’t bond well with Kavya even after their 9-year-old affair.
She says he told her that him and Kavya got closer because of her and now he is saying they are not bonding because of her; they didn’t have fight as she used to keep quiet always, she handled both relationships alone as she didn’t expect anything from him and he was bothered only about himself and not her; now he has Kavya in his life and she is not a doormat like her, he should drop off his super ego and understand that he is responsible for whatever happened in his life; he should remember that she was only his when she was his wife, now she herself and nothing else.
Anuj returns and get angry seeing Vanraj. Kavya also return. Vanraj take the next table. Anu apologize to Anuj and says this day was good and evening is bad and hopes her whole day is exciting and happy like morning, her own nazar/bad eye fell on her, she stole 1 day for herself and its ending. Anuj prays to god for Anu’s happiness. A few youngster mix vodka in juice. Waiter takes glasses by mistake and serves them to Anuj and Vanraj. Kavya tells Vanraj they should go before he creates more drama. They gulp it in 1 go and think juice is a bit bitter. They head to washroom and face each other. Kavya and Anu wait for them and hope there is no new drama. Anuj and Vanraj come out fighting.
Kavya day dreams about Vanraj and Anuj fighting and pray to god not to turn this dream to reality.
At Shah house, Nandini informs Kinjal how Rohan is stalking her and says if Samar had not gone out with his friend, Rohan wouldn’t have misused this opportunity and tried to scare her. She fear that she will lose Samar and she even tried to explain to Rohan, but he can go to any extent to separate she and Samar. Kinjal ask her to relax as they will tackle this issue called Rohan together. Nandini says they can find a solution which Rohan does in front of them, but what about one which he does behind them?
Kavya ask Anu if she got Anuj’s call. Anu says no and fears if they both started fighting. Kavya says even she is fearing same, so they should go and check.
Baa switch off lights murmuring that without Anu, she has to switch off all the lights, good Vanraj and Kavya has gone to spy on Anu and Anuj. She sees Nandini’s photos and try to pick them when Kinjal stop and send her in and pick them hurriedly.
Inebriated Anuj and Vanraj start dancing energetically on Hum Dono Hain Alag Alag.. song. Anu is shocked and ask how did the world changed suddenly, Kavya says they are drunk, Anu says I don’t know about Anuj but Mr Shah never touched alcohol in years. Youngsters who spiked juice with vodka think these uncles drank their spiked drink. They both start dancing on Tere Pyar Me Meri Jaan Ye Kya Hogaya Hai.. song. Kavya join Vanraj and dances with him. They then dance rolling on the floor on Oho ho ho.. Punjabi song and remove their shirts.
Vanraj get romantic and takes Kavya aside. Anu and Kavya drag them out of the club. They both express their love for each other and say they are each other’s friend and brother. Kavya says don’t know what happens to men after getting drunk, she will record their video and show it to him tomorrow. They get into lift and continue their drama. Kavya and Anu get angry and order them to sit on the floor until they get some help. Once they leave, Anuj says I love Anupama.
Vanraj ask what did he say? Anuj repeats. Vanraj ask if he is talking about Toshu’s mummy, dance academy Anu. Anuj says yes. Vanraj ask his Anu. Anuj says not his, his is Kavya. Vanraj says yes, he is right; then forgets and asks what were they discussing. Anuj repeats I love Anupama. Vanraj repeats his questions and asks when did it happen. Anuj says 26 years ago on 23rd July 1995 at 3 p.m. Vanraj says even he didn’t know Anu at that time. Anuj says Vanraj didn’t understand Anu and he didn’t forget her. Vanraj ask how didn’t he forget her since 26 years.
Anuj says he tried a lot to forget her, but a lamp of love doesn’t extinguish. Vanraj says he is a poem master and asks him to recite a poem. Anuj recites a poem. Vanraj praises him and says he had 25 years and why didn’t he love Anu. Anuj ask why? Vanraj says Toshu was born after marriage, then fight, then divorce, everything happened except love. Anuj ask why didn’t he love Anu in 25 years? Vanraj says even he is thinking same, their thinking matches; there was no love, but something was there which is till now. Anuj says it shows up. Vanraj asks if he doesn’t have any problem. Anuj says no. Vanraj ask when he and Anu don’t have any problem, then why Vanraj has problem? Anuj ask him to ask Vanraj. Vanraj says he will phone Vanraj and laughs.
Anu with curd heads towards them questioning god that she wanted to see a lot in a day but not this much. Vanraj tell Anuj that he married Anu in 1996 and Anuj met Anu in 1995, what was he doing for 1 year. Anuj says he gathered courage for 1 year and then using his friend Bunty’s scooter he went to Anu’s house, but he was left behind. Vanraj ask from whom. Anuj says from Vanraj, his scooter left behind Vanraj’s house. Anu and Kavya continue walking towards them.
Precap: Baa gets angry when Anu doesn’t pick call. Rakhi provokes her. After getting sober, Vanraj taunts Anuj that he doesn’t know what all happened last night, but if he and Kavya were not present, Anuj’s night would have been awesome. Rakhi breaks Baa’s bead necklace. Baa, Bapuji, Mamaji kneel down and pick beads. Anu and Vanraj return home and get angry seeing that. Rakhi warns Vanraj to stop showing his attitude and return her money. Anu gives her cheque and orders that Kinjal will not come to meet her and neither she will never come here to meet Kinjal.
