Dussehra celebration at Shah family’s colony starts. Host announces dandiya competition. Samar wait for Rohan at the venue. Anu prepares to leave home thinking since there is whole family around Samar and Nandini, she need not to worry and Rohan will not come there. Rohan hiding behind her holding an iron rod think of harming her to hurt Samar emotionally.
At dandiya venue, Vanraj ask Samar to be with family till the event end. Samar nod yes and walk away with Toshu. Vanraj in Gujrati tells I love you to Kavya. Kavya get happy and ask him to express his feelings often. He says she look amazing. She says they should win competition showing prize money. He gets more romantic. Mamaji passes by and jokes. Kinjal and Pakhi comfort nervous Nandini and ask her to be with them. Samar call Anuj and asks when will he come? Anuj says he is on the way. Samar thinks of checking on Anu. Vanraj stops him and says she must be busy with some work.
Anu leaves for dandiya venue. Rohan is about to hit Anu from behind when Anuj walk in and he hide. Anu ask what is he doing on road. He says Samar had invited him, GK is already in and if she doesn’t want him to attend function, he will go out himself before anyone notice him. She says his respect increases with his concern for his friend and says if he has come, he should attend the event. He ask if she is sure and try to inform about security arrangements for Samar’s safety when host announces ladies’ dance and Anu walk in. Baa dances with other ladies on Chudi Jo Khanke Haathon Me.. song. Rohan wait for Anu to harm her. Anu greet GK at a chat stall. Anuj says he knew GK would be at a chat stall. Anu dances with ladies. Vanraj get jealous seeing Anuj and GK. Samar happily hug Anuj. GK join Bapuji and Mamaji and jokes with them. Anuj walk to Vanraj. Vanraj says he didn’t inform him that they both are coming. Anuj says Samar invited them and says he need not worry about Rohan. Vanraj says they will visit police station soon. Anuj realize that Samar didn’t inform family about his fight with Rohan, he take Samar aside, and insist him to inform his family. Samar says he will after the dandiya event. Anuj ask him to inform his mummy at least. Samar says not today and walk away.
Anu sees Baa tired and goes to pick water bottles when Rohan try to hit her from behind. Anuj hold him on time, drags him aside, and says it's his good fate that he came in between; he would have killed him if he had hurt Samar’s mummy; he should be a man and fight with Samar instead of dragging a woman in between. Rohan says he doesn’t know who he is. Anuj holds his hand and asks to dare try to free it. Rohan try hard and warn to spare him or else his friends will make his and Nandini cozy pictures go viral. Anuj warn him to try defaming Nandini and if he succeeds he will be destroyed. He informs about his father getting caught in fake drug case in 2000 and escaping to US, he will give his father’s info to police and get them both arrested; he warn him if he dare to try and trouble Samar, Nandini or Shah family, he will destroy them both. Rohan pleads not to drag his father in between. Anuj ask why is he behind his ex? Rohan says he loves her. Anuj says he doesn’t as love is sacrifice prayer of life, etc., and warn if he doesn’t want him to get him and his father arrested, he should destroy all the evidence against Nandini and go away from her life forever; he will call Samar and Nandini aside and Rohan should apologize to him to avoid getting humiliated in front of all the guests.
Anu offers water to Baa. Baa yells that she called her friend here to humiliate them. Anu says Samar invited Anuj. Baa says she went to greet Anuj like a heroine and orders her to send Anuj away right now. Anu says she can’t insult guest. Samar says Anuj is his guest and will not go. Baa warn him to send Anuj or else she will humiliate him. Anu think how can she insult a man who respects her?
Samar get Anuj’s call that Rohan is with him. He rush to Anuj with Nandini. Toshu hear Samar and take the whole family along. Vanraj angrily hold Rohan’s collar. Anuj ask him to calm down and listen to Rohan. Rohan apologize to Nandini for his mistake and delete her photos; he says uncle made him realize the value of love; he was about to make a big mistake and try to harm Anupama, but Anuj uncle stopped him. Anu is shocked to hear that. Rohan explains that he tried to attack her twice, but Anuj uncle stopped him and explained to him the value of love. He apologizes to the whole Shah family and requests not to go to police. Anuj also warn him to remember his words. Rohan walk away. Nandini thank Anuj. Samar excitedly says he knew when Anuj is around, everything will be fine. Kavya ask what exactly happened and why Rohan wanted to attack Anu? Samar says because of his foolishness and explain his fight with Rohan. Toshu shout he made such a big mistake and instead of informing him, he went to Anuj. Samar says if he had informed them, Mr Shah would have blamed mummy. Toshu ask what if Rohan had harmed mummy? Samar ask how could he when Anuj was around? Bapuji thank Anuj. Devika praise Anuj for solving problem so easily. Anu thank Anuj next for saving Samar, Nandini, and now her. Anuj says no need to thank him, in fact he would have informed them beforehand if he knew Samar didn’t inform them about it. Vanraj says there is no complaint on him, he became hero for his children instead. Anuj says even Mr Shah would have done same if Samar had informed him. Vanraj says if he had. Bapuji says all is well that ends well, evil lost and goodness won. Mamaji jokes if didi/Baa lost. Baa thank Anuj for helping her family and says this festival mandap belongs to locality and not them and hence locality people will humiliate him if they see him, so he should leave. Anuj says she is right, he finished his work and apologize if he has crossed any limits leaves with GK greeting them Jai Sri Krishna. Host announces next dandiya competition. Whole family walks away. Vanraj warn Anu that he will not tolerate Anuj taking his place in his children’s lives. Anu says Anuj is not doing anything, he himself didn’t come here and came on Samar’s invitation, so its Samar’s mistake and they are at bigger mistake that their children are not discussing their problems with them; if children don’t find a father supportive, they discuss their problems with their friends. Vanraj says Anuj can befriend, but not try to act as a father; she should explain to Anuj that Anu’s children’s father is still alive.
Anuj scold GK that he always insists to meet Anu’s family during festivals, but they are uncomfortable with their presence, so he has decided that he will stay away from Anu’s children and family. GK try to calm him down.
Devika confronts Anu for letting Baa humiliate Anuj and kicking him out of mandap. Anu warn her not to speak ill about Baa. Devika says she is not; if Baa was born 3 decades before them, it does n’t mean she is always right; that woman has some serious issues and elders are not always god. Anu says they are. Devika ask what about Anuj; she describe all his favors and bearing Baa and Vanraj’s taunts instead; she says Anuj is following his friendship, but not them; she says nobody including Ravanraj will tolerate humiliation, her family is unaffected and will enjoy the festival, her Baa is a joy killer who is determined to kill Anuj’s happiness. Anu warn her again not to speak ill about Baa. Devika says she is not and is talking about thankless Anu and her family who used Anuj and kicked him out; Anuj saved Anu’s life, but Anu didn’t save her friend’s dignity; Kavya also used to attend family function before marriage, but nobody had problem with that; then why can’t Anuj attend function? Anu says he can. Devika ask then why didn’t she oppose psycho Baa? She says without Anuj’s help, Samar would have been in jail, Anu in hospital, Nandini in US, and Baa in coma; Anuj followed his friendship, but Anu didn’t. Anu stand silently remembering Devika’s confrontation.
Back in the festival pandal, host announces best jodi dandiya competition. Kavya wish Vanraj all the best and says lets win this. Baa ask Bapuji if he is ready to win? Bapuji says she can’t win today, she is elder by age and would have been elder by thought also, with her today’s heinous act, this win will not matter.
Anuj starts his car. Anu stop him. He get nervous seeing her and ask if something happened inside? Anu says its dandiya competition’s final best jodi round, jodis can be of husband and wife, boyfriend and girlfriend, and even friends; she ask will he play dandiya with her? He surprised ask if she is asking him? She says people will play to win, but they will play to enjoy. He ask if she is sure? She says yes. He says he can’t.
Back in mandap, Shah family continues to enjoy, Samar and Nandini thank Anuj’s help. Baa think good Anuj left or else ladies would have gossiped about Anu and Anuj. Bapuji feels disgusted. Baa and Vanraj frown seeing Anu bringing Anuj and GK back. Devika feel proud of Anu. Anuj remember denying to accompany Anu as he can not see her being humiliated. She requests him to stay back to stop her from feeling guilty and let her follow friendship. Out of flashback, Bapuji taunt Baa that she can not win today.
Precap: Baa humiliates Anuj again and orders him to get out of their lives. Anu says Anuj will not go anywhere, they should end their wrong thinking like ravan and makes Anuj perform ravan dahan. Anu warns Baa and her team that she will not listen against Anuj from hereon and performs ravan dahan with Anuj saying they need to end a ravan of ill thinking within them.
