Vanraj angrily walks towards Baa’s room murmuring that his Baa had right on this house before Anupama and she mortgaged it. Bapuji stops him. Vanraj says let him speak to Baa. Bapuji says he needed not worry as he will handle Leela/Baa. Vanraj says at least now he should support his wife. Bapuji says he always supported his wife, Vanraj learnt leaving his wife’s hand from somewhere else and not from him; he is not taunting, but truth is truth; Leela has accepted her the way he is and never lessened her love for him for any mistake; he loves his wife a lot and doesn’t do what she wants for the same reason and does what is right for him. Vanraj asks if he thinks they should support Anupama even this time. Bapuji says yes, this house is his heart and he is most pained by mortgaging it; they need to take tough decisions sometimes; everyone insulted Anu, but if she had not brought money, Karkhana would have been closed and his cafe and academy would have shut; Vanraj will exaggerate the issue if he speaks to Baa. Vanraj thinks all bad grahas/planets are in his kundali now.
Bapuji try to console Baa. Baa cries that she is this house’s bahu before Anu, but Anu mortgaged it to Rakhi without her permission; she used to scold nagin/Rakhi and threatened to slap her, but Rakhi slapped her soul and humiliated her; everyone take decisions in this house without informing her, he and Anu took decisions without informing her; they both brought Rakhi on her head; if Anu would have mortgaged her mother’s house, they both brought problems on her. Bapuji says sometimes they need to take tough decisions. Baa says they both will solve this problem, and if her son becomes homeless or house goes to nagin, he will see her dead face.
Anu tells Samar and Nandini that she needs to return Rakhi’s money somehow with her hard work and discusses about each option. Samar says she can not over stress her body as even clock stops after sometime. Samar says they will find some way out. Anu says she needs to save Karkhana at any cost. Anu then walks into Vanraj’s cafe. A courier boy delivers a letter for Mr Hashmukh Shah. Vanraj reads it and informs that a company wants to build a 5 star hotel and school around karkhana and bought the surrounding land. Anu gets nervous and asks what if they deny to sell their karkhana. Vanraj says fool will deny their offer. She asks how much. He says 5 crores and cross checks it. She says how can anyone wants to buy without seeing the place, if he is a fraud, who is he? Vanraj says some Anuj Kapadia. They both return home and inform family about the offer. Baa asks who is Anuj Kapadia? Vanraj says he has checked Anuj’s background, he is a reputed businessman; they will never get such a good offer again and try to convince Bapuji. Samar says karkhana is auspicious for Bapuji. Vanraj says he is not a fool like Anupama and nobody can fool him. Baa says karkhana is auspicious for them, but they need to get rid of the problem Anu barged on them. Bapuji ask Samar to call Anu. Vanraj adamantly says he doesn’t want Anu involved and will not listen to Bapuji. Bapuji ask then why did he ask him? Vanraj says for his blessings. Bapuji says blessings are requested and not snatched, this karkhana is his bapuji’s gift and looking at the situation, selling it is the best option for them. Vanraj excitedly says he will finish legal formalities with his lawyer and will meet Anuj Kapadia tomorrow. Kavya happily hug Vanraj and says if the deal is finalized, all their problems will be solved. Vanraj says he will repay Rakhi’s loan, buy his own cafe, invest some amount for his children, etc. Kavya says she will open a startup and will change her lifestyle, etc. He nod yes. She says she will accompany him to meet Anuj Kapadia. He nod yes again.
Samar walks to Nandini. Nandini remember scolding him for picking her phone call and apologizes for snapping him. He says he knows it was not an online shopping call and if she is in any trouble, she should inform him and mummy. She says she will go home now and will call him after sometime. He says LOL. She reply and walk away tensed. Samar thins mummy and Nandini are his life’s most important persons and requests god to solve their problems and keep them happy.
Baa ask Bapuji if he is sad that he will lose Karkhana. Bapuji says he never valued sand and stone and whatever he does is for his children. She ask then why he looks sad. He gives example that they send children abroad away from them for higher studies hoping their life will change, he used to help his Bapuji in karkhana and is ready to move on in life, he is not sad that he is losing karkhana as it is helping his children. Baa says even then one gets sad losing their most valued thing. Samar sees Anu crying seeing Baa and Bapuji sad and try to console her. Anu says she is not sad because of losing karkhana but because she made her Baa and Bapuji cry.
Anupama emotionally tells Samar that she was a lakshmi of this house and when she came here, Bapuji said she is auspicious, but she is a problem for this house now. He ask to stop thinking like this. She says she doesn’t want to, but the thought repeatedly haunt him. He scold her and says if one acts kid, other has to be act elder; he and Nandini will find new academy space and will inform her soon.
Vanraj returns from jogging and sees Rakhi there who greets him. He gets angry and asks if Anupama called her? Rakhi says he always remembers his ex-wife, but his current wife called her this time. Anu offers tea to Baa and Bapuji. Kinjal think why did mom come early morning? Samar says to create problem. Rakhi ask if his current wife called her to sell the remaining portion of house? Vanraj says its her unfulfilling dream. Rakhi says she is eager to fix her name plate. Vanraj says it will be with her always. Rakhi says time will reveal it. Kavya reply to throw her nameplate away. Anu knowing her intentions asks her to let it go. Kavya warn her not to interfere followed by Vanraj. Rakhi ask why did she call her? Kavya says to give something. Rakhi says she would have given blessings over pone and not disturbed her beauty sleep. Kavya hands over her 22 lakhs cheque with interest. Vanraj says she should have given this cheque after 2 days. Kavya shout better today than tomorrow and ask Rakhi to get lost. Rakhi asks if she knows there should be money in account before offering cheque? Kavya says even she should know to return things after getting money and asks her to send property papers via driver. She continues shouting, breaks Rakhi’s nameplate and says V’s wife broke Rakhi’s pride now, and shouts to get out of her house. Rakhi says giving cheque and granting are both different, if she bought fake cheque from stationery? Vanraj says they are not fraud like her. Rakhi says betraying is in his and his wife’s nature, she always speak straight, and if the cheque bounces even by mistake, Kavya will repent for her misbehavior. She walk away looking at her nameplate. Kinjal scolds Kavya for being impatient and offering cheque to Rakhi before karkhana is sold. Kavya says when karkhana/factory’s surrounding properties are sold, even it will be sold for sure. Vanraj back Kinjal and scolds Kavya. Anu says there is a difference between sold and being sold, anything can happen. Kavya yells Anu has exclusive rights of making mistakes and not her. Vanraj says Kavya is not less than Rakhi who created mess and informs Baa that they are going to meet Anuj Kapadia today. Baa hopes everything goes well. Anu asksif she will get some time to shift her stuff from karkhana. Vanraj nods yes and walks away. Bapuji consoles Anu that whatever happened and will happen will be god’s wish and not her mistake, so she need not worry.
Vanraj and Kavya visit Anuj Kapadia/AK’s office and get impressed by the hospitality. Kavya says after paying Rakhi, he shouldn’t let Bapuji give some money to Anu, she wants to give a tight slap to Rakhi. Vanraj says her bitter words were not less than a slap. AK’s manager walk in. Kavya as usual mistak him as AK says she and her husband accept his deal, they can have dinner tonight if he agrees, she want to open a start up and wants to discuss its plan with him, etc., without letting him speak. Manager finally succeeds in stopping her and says he is AK’s manager, AK has gone out for some important meeting. Kavya feel disappointed. Vanraj introduces himself and gives him legal documents. He ask them to sit while he gets them checked. Kavya says she was excited to meet AK and discuss opening a cafe in his hotel. Vanraj says its okay. Manager bring an envelope and says Mr. Kapadia left it for them. Kavya snatch it and thank him. He leaves. Vanraj reads deal papers and opens his mouth wide in surprise. They get into car, Vanraj says they thought its a 5 crore deal, let us go home and discuss it with Bapuji.
Anu while teachings students hopes everything goes well. Samar asks her to hope for the best. Anu says yes as Kanhaji sent AK to them. They discuss how to vacate their stuff from karkhana. Samar says he thought Anuj look like a typical businessman with less hair and bulging tummy, but he is fit like Mr Shah. He downloads pic online and shows her. Anu sees Nandini tensed looking at a man at gate and ask who is it? Man leaves. Anu dismisses class and asks Nandini who was it, why she is tensed? Nandini says he is her first love and serious relationship Rohan; he was in her life, but after her accident he found out that she cannot become a mother, he left her without any phone call or closure just leaving a message; she got his phone call 3 days ago. Anu ask if she had his number. She says its not saved, but she remembers his number and he is pestering her since 3 days. Samar get angry for not informing him her problem. Nandini says she was scared. He says he shared everything with her and was tensed thinking he was at fault, but she didn't tell him the truth; he doesn’t want to interfere in her super personal issue and her ex-boyfriend.
Precap: Devika informs Anu that they are having a college reunion. Vanraj says whenever Devika comes here, she takes Anu outside. Kavya asks if he has any problem if Anu goes outside. He says no. Kinjal gets Anu ready saying who knows her life may change. Anu dances with AK. Kavya sees them and says he is AK, is he Anu’s classmate. Anu stops dancing seeing them.
