In flight, Anu requests Anuj Kapadia/AK to click her picture as she wants to send it to Bapuji. He click her picture and shows her. She says she is looking beautiful and thank him. He recites shayari. She says this photo is better than the one she clicked in a photo studio before her wedding. He think beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder. She says she will call Bapuji before flight take off. He says she can use his mobile as her phone is in her bag.
At Shah house, Vanraj ask for charger from Kavya. Kavya says he look tensed. He ask why she thinks so? She says they both came together when they had gone to Mumbai conference and were feeling lonely, so he is worried that their history will repeat with Anu and Anuj. He says there is nothing like that. Anu call Bapuji and excitedly describe her business class seat’s features. Host explains routine measures to be taken. Anu excitedly think she is ready to fly and thank Kanhaji and Anuj. Anuj ask if she is not afraid. She says she is very happy. Kavya continue provoking Vanraj that same fear is haunting him, she ask why so when Anu is not his wife anymore, why is he feeling insecure? Vanraj agree that he is feeling insecure with Anu and Anuj’s friendship, he is hating a person whom he doesn’t know and arm wrestling with him like a kid, this is not him and he hate this form of him.
Anu and Anuj’s flight takes off. She enjoy looking from window.
Vanraj tells Kavya that he has 1000 problems with Anu, but nobody can question her character; she mean it when she says there is nothing between her and Anuj, his heart accepts it, but his mind doesn’t. She ask why does he care? He says he doesn’t know, he didn’t love Anu when he was married to her, but there is an attachment which he can not break it even if he is trying to; this is the truth and he doesn’t know how he will change it. Kavya think she will tolerate his attachment but not more than that.
Anuj look nervous during take off. Anu says she felt a tingling in her tummy, he fear sitting in a flight and hence didn’t come to India. He says yes. She ask him to chant Hanuman chalisa. He does and smile relaxing. She says he need not shy as everyone has some fear. He says men can’t fear. She says even men can fear, but society creates an issue, etc.
Rohan send Samar his and Nandini’s cozy pictures. Nandini gets tensed seeing him angry. Samar says these are normal boyfriend girlfriend picture, but Rohan didn’t respect her privacy; these doesn’t matter to him. Rohan voice messages Nandini that Samar must be consoling her that these are normal pictures, but Samar’s sanskari family will not tolerate it. Nandini get tensed. Rohan is standing nearby think he doesn’t accept defeat. Nandini panic fearing Baa’s reaction seeing her and Rohan’s cozy pictures. Rohan keeps pictures in Baa’s bag when she goes for vegetable shopping.
After take off, Anuj ask Anu to enjoy her first trip without bothering about it. She says she never heard such words from a man before. He sit in next seat and wears eye mask. Anu enjoy music, draws sketch, etc. Anuj silently opens his eyes and enjoys her excitement. Badal Pe Naav Hai… song plays in the background. Air hostess offers food to Anu and Anuj. Anuj doesn’t like flight food. Anu offer him thepla. Anu falls asleep after sometime. Anuj drapes his blazer over her and lowers AC.
Anupama wakes up and finds AK’s blazer on her. AK says she was feeling cold and flight’s blankets are usually rough, so he draped his jacket on her. She thank him and says she shouldn’t have slept and wasted 10 minutes of looking outside window. He says she can say she slept between clouds. She shows her drawing and asks how is it? He says perfect. Air hostess announces landing. AK feel afraid again and ask Anu to look via window as he doesn’t want to feel embarrassed.
At Shah house, Baa ask maide ki katori Kavya to clean methi leaves. Kavya says she applied nail polish just now. Baa fume that she has to bring methi and clean it herself, people will enjoy their trip.
Anu feel enthralled when plane lands. They reach hotel. Anu speak to Pakhi and give her some instructions. AK says he know she wanted to see ocean, but he can not delay this meeting. She says even she doesn’t want to, she has dreams, but helping women is also her dream; beautiful dreams may wait for long. He says yes. His team walk in and greets them. AK introduces Anu as his Ahmedabad business partner with unique business idea and ask Anu to explain it. Anu confidently explains her idea. AK says it was perfect. Anu messages Bapuji that her idea was liked by everyone.
Mamaji looking at methi munches it. Baa says only he can munch methi. He jokes. Landline rings. Baa picks it and speaks to her friend. Mamaji notices envelope in her bag, opens it, and looks shocked seeing Rohan and Nandini’s cozy pictures. He think who are they? Kavya acts shocked after getting a call and tells Vanraj they need to leave for Mumbai.
Anu wait for AK after meeting. AK bring auto and take her to beach. Anu looks at waves silently for sometime and then shout samandar. She then call Bapuji and express her excitement seeing ocean. She ask AK to join her. He says she should go as it's her time, take her bag and ask her to enjoy. Anu runs on waves. AK chants a shayari describing Anu’s enjoyment. He gets a call and goes aside.
Vanraj with Kavya reach Mumbai, he consoles her that everything will be fine.
A few goons threaten Anu with a knife to part ways with her gold. AK seeing that run towards them. Anu throws mud in their eyes and beat them. They run away. AK stand laughing and says he thought Anu need help, but goons needed help the most; he says Anupama doesn’t need anyone’s help and she is both the hero and heroine in her own story. He clap and salutes her, making her feeling proud. Hame Tumse Hua Hai Pyar.. song plays in the background. He imagine walking on beach and sharing candy floss with her. He then says he is feeling hungry, so let us go and have something. She ask for her bag. He realizes dropping it down and runs to get it. They both then bump into Vanraj and Kavya and stand shocked. Vanraj taunt that he thought they came here for work, but they are walking on beach here. Anu says forget about us, what are they doing here? Kavya says her ex-boss wanted to meet them to discuss business opportunities before leaving for Australia. Vanraj says they finished work and came here and found them here, what a coincidence, he think he heard via Baa that she is at beach and came here.
Precap: Vanraj gets jealous seeing Anu touching AK and tries to humiliate her. She asks who is he to question her. AK then fights with AK for linking her wrongly with Anu. Inebriated Anuj and Vanraj dance and are thrown out of restaurant. Anuj says I love Anupama, leaving Vanraj angry.
