Devika eagerly looks at him. He turns to her and then applies his smeared haldi to Dhani. Devika stands weeping while Dhani rejoices. Naina…song..plays in the background. Dhani hugs Varun.
Costume designer asks Dhani to select one dress at least. Dhani says she is future super superstar Varun’s would be wife and needs best, go and get something best. Devika passes by holding turmeric sticks. Dhani yells at her that she is a servant and it is her duty to grind turmeric herself. Devika says okay and grinds tuurmeric. Varun walks to her. She asks what is he looking at, she is lucky to grind turmeric for her own wedding. Varun says he can see a servant grinding turmeric for her boss, it is his and Dhani’s haldi ritual and not her. Devika challenges if she does not apply this haldi, then even Dhani will not. Varun walks away and thinks what Devika must be up to. Basanti walks to him. He says Devika challenged she will not let Dhani apply haldi. Basanti says she will change bowl and give it to Dhani. Varun says Devika does what she says. She asks not to worry and wear haldi dress.
Haldi ritual starts. Basanti and Kesar dances on Meri banno ki ayegi baraat…song.. Devika watches silently. Varun comes down wearing only dhoti for haldi ritual. Devika whitles. Basti and Kesar make him sit, and Heera asks Basanti to start ritual. Basanti applies haldi. Heera taunts Devika to apply haldi to Dhani and get some reward. Kesar asks Dhani not to get sad, servant cannot do anything.
Dhani walks to Varun and applies him haldi. Heera and Dhani fume in jealousy. Devika winks at Varun and stands back. Basanti removes Varun’s hadli in a bowl. Heera says Dhani that she will be applied this haldi. She then dances. Basanti says weddinng is tomorrow. Heera says rat entered her sari and runs to her room keeping haldi bowl. Basanti knocks door and asks to open door. Heera asks to go, she will return after changing her clothes. Basanti realizes she kept haldi bowl in living room itself and runs. Heera reminisces Dhani telling rats are her frinds. Basanti returns and sees 2 same haldi bowls. Devika asks who will she know which one is Varun’s. Varun reminisces Devika’s challenge and stands up. Heera tells Kesar and Basanti that she feels Devi is alive and is in this haveli itself. Kesar pleads to do something, else Devi will not let her daughter’s wedding happen. Basanti says they are worried unnecessarily. Heera calls her 1-1/2 feet woman and asks to go and continue wedding arrangements. She asks Kesar to be alert 24 hours.
Devika continues crying reminiscing Varun applying his haldi to Dhani. Varun walks to her and taunts she lost her challenge and she could not do anything. Devika says it is just haldi and not wedding. Varun asks why she is doing this. She says she is saving him from evil. Varun asks her to stop, she is believing her lies and wants him to believe it, just like haldi today after 3 days, he will marry Dhani and Devika will not be able to do anything. Devika reminisces doctor Shergill telling love is the one she does to Varun, he wants them to be together. She thinks only Dr. Daksh Shergill can save, where is he, if he heard her message or not. Daksh reaches home and hears Devika’s message to help her. Devika at home continues crying reminiscing Varun’s challenge and thinks what is left in her life now, Varun will marry Dhani and nobody can help her. Daksh calls Devika, but she does not pick call.
Dr. Daksh calls Devika and says he is in America and just now heard her message, why is Varun marrying someone else. Devika says Varun has forgotten everything and is marrying Dhani, says she is staying in her house as servant which Daksh transferred in Varun’s name. She tells him the whole story. Daksh asks her not to worry, he is booking flight and will be there in 24 hours.
Kesar happily tells Heera that once Dhani’s wedding is finished, she will go on vacation. Heera says she can go wherever she wants except US as it is very expensive there. Kesar laughs. Devika plays music and dances and asks Heera to join her. Varun walks in and shouts what is this drama. Devika says now it is Heera and her puppet’s turn, Varun himself will marry her tomorrow. She continues dancing.
Heera and her team tensely think reason behind Devika’s rejoice. She says someone is behind Devika and if it is Devi. If Devi is alive, where is she, why she is not coming in front of them. Kesar says Devika must have planned something and hidden her mother. Basanti says let us ask Devika directly why she is so happy, maybe it is something else. Heera asks Kesar and Dhani to spy on Devika.
Kesar and Dhani watch Devika hiding. Devika continues singing seeing them. Dhani asks why she is so happy. Devika says her pimple went away. Kesar shouts to tell truth now. Devika says she has lost weight and asks to check her waist, it may be due to magic. Kesar runs away. Devika asks Dhani why her mother ran away. Kesar and Dhani inform Heera what Devika told. Heera says Kesar’s doubt may be right, Devi is alive and informed Devika that she is Rajawat family’s daughter, so Devika is planning to rule on us. Dhani says if Devika knows she is her sister, then why she is snatching Varun from her. Kesar yells 19 years ago, Devi snatched her ritual right, now Devika is doing same. Dhani says she will not let Devika snatch Varun from her.
Devika walks to Varun’s room and shows her bridal mehandi. Varun angrily spoils her mehandi and washes her hand in water. Devika says mehandi is dark, this shows how much her Piya loves her. Varun stands fuming. Dhani’s mehandi starts next. Mehandi designer says if mehandi gets dark, Varun loves Dhani immensely, asks if Varun really loves her. Devika comes dances around Varun on Mai Ghani Bawri Hogayi…song. Varun stops her and drags her there and asks why she is so happy. She says she will prove that she is not a liar, he will accept her himself. He asks if she has gone mad. Devika says he can laugh, but when he knows truth, he will find out what people did to separate them. Varun asks if she wants to say his mother tricked and lied him. Devika says Basanti is his mother…reminisces promising Maheshwari that she will not tell truth until she herself tell to Varun. News on TV displays that Dr. Daksh’s flight met with an accident. Varun mutes TV and says he could mute her. She says once truth is out, he will accept her. He leaves. She sees news about Daksh’s flight accident, calls him, but his phone is not reachable. She worriedly thinks how will she win her piya.
Varun reminisices Devika’s challenge that she wants to save him from wrong and once he will find out she is right, he himself will marry her and not Dhani. He angrily exercises with rope and think whom to trust and whom not to, Devika is a liar. His good inner self ask what happened to him, Devika is staying as servant in this house to get his love. His bad inner self says Devika came for his money and does not love him. Good inner self suggests to listen to his heart. Evil suggests to listen to his brain. Varun shouts shut up. Dhani walks in and asks what happened, whom he is speaking to? He says he is rehearsing film dialogues and asks if she wants to say something. She says yes, they are getting married, but why does he not come close to her. He says he wants to wait till marriage, and he goes near Devika as she is nothing to him.
Devika pray to god why she is not helping her get her Piya, sometimes she feels Varun is coming closer to her and sometimes going far away. If she is not trying hard to get back her piya, why her hard work is failing?
Dhani shows her mehandi to Heera, Kesar, and Basanti while Devika mops floor. Printer delivers wedding cards. Dhani excitedly says her wedding cards came and tries to pick them, but Heera stops and says she will see first. She opens card and is shocked to see Varun and Devika’s name instead of Dhani’s. Varun checks card and shouts she checked sample card, then how did she make such a big mistake. Heera asks why he is scolding her in front of everyone. He says then what, how can she make such a big mistake and walks away from there. Devika smirks and thinks god is helping her.
Dhani cry, and Kesar consoles her that Varun loves her and will marry only her, she need not worry. Devika walks in and asks if they know who changed name. Kesar says must be her. Devika says Varun and gives Dhani to wipe her tears, taunts her and leaves.
Precap: Devika challenges Varun again that he will not marry Dhani. He says let us see. She says if Dhani won’t be there, how will he. Heavy metal box falls on Dhani. Varun goes to store room and sees a lady in dark there. Kesar says Heera that Devi is helping Devika. They hear sound from trunk, open it, and are shocked to see someone in it. Devika challenges Varun he will marry her today. He says he will not apply sindhoor on her forehead. She challenges she will marry even then.
