Mahima tells Doppelganger Bhuvan that his crocodile injury will heal and will leave a mark, so she needs to inflict an injury at the same place on Rudra. Bhuvan asks if she will get him bitten by a crocodile. She says its none of his business, she will first go and make use of Balraj’s death in her favor. Further, Bhuvan makes stitches on Rudra and asks Mahima if stitches are looking same to same. She says look what Rudra is facing for his foolishness. He says these stitches are nothing in front of the punishment she will give him. She says she will let him rot in jail forever and asks him to send Rudra to their decided location and hide for sometime. She then say how she punished Balraj for insulting her. Bhuvan reminds how he pushed Balraj down when he slapped him. Mahima says his one act made the whole family hate him, especially Sharda; Balraj in frustration changed his will and kicked out Rudra as they planned. He says exactly as they planned. She says everything was going well, but Balraj caught them red handed. She goes into flashback where Bhuvan sees Mahima awake till midnight and ask if she is celebrating her success? She ask where was he. He says in real Rudra’s office and describes how they forced Balraj to change the will into Saransh’s name and now Mahima will enjoy all his inherited wealth. Balraj wakes up and walks towards living room to have water. Mahima describes that her final plan is to take over Khurana family’s whole wealth and kick them out out of the house. Bhuvan describes how she changed a poor man into Rudra completely. Mahima says his acting is superb as even the family couldn’t recognize him. Balraj walks to them saying they can not trick him anymore and tells Mahima that Preesha and Rudra were right regarding her, he trusted Mahima blindly. He slap Bhuvan repeatedly asking how dare he to take his son’s place and make him change his will. He warns Mahima that he will expose them both and fail their plan. He try to call commissioner. Mahima try to stop him, but he push her away. She signals Bhuvan to pick a knife and stab him. Saransh wakes up feeling scare sleeping alone and walks towards Rudra’s room when he sees Bhuvan stabbing Balraj repeatedly. He hides shivering in fear. Mahima asks Bhuvan to get Rudra’s fingerprints on murder knife and goes to check if someone is present. Saransh hides and shuts his mouth. Preesha walks in next. Bhuvan walks to unconscious Rudra and wiping his own fingerprints on knife takes Rudra’s fingertips. He blabbers that he took revenge by killing Rudra’s father and putting all blame on him. Mahima waits for Bhuvan’s signal when family gathers around Balraj’s dead body and silently walks out where Bhuvan gives her murder knife and she drops it nearby Balraj’s body thinking now Rudra will be caught in his father’s murder. Out of flashback, Mahima celebrates with Bhuvan with a champagne and thinks poor Preesha lost and everything is finished now.
In Jail, Preesha tells Rudra that nothing is finished and she will not let akka/Mahima win. Rudra asks how will she do all this, doppelganger became company’s MD, he is in jail and property is in Saransh’s name, that means all property is Mahima’s legally now. She says there must be some way to trap Mahima and asks if he can remember where they had kept him. He says it was a small room where they used to inject him and give him chole bhature; Mahima did so much to them and they can’t even touch her, why did this happen to them. He angrily hits his hand on table, and it starts bleeding. Preesha opens bandage and asks how did he get stitches on his hand. He says he doesn’t know. She says akka is so ruthless and crossed all her limits. He asks what does she mean. She says same stitches are on doppelganger’s hand after he fought with crocodile. He says its done to clear the difference between real and fake Rudra. She says to prove that Rudra killed Balraj, Mahima doesn’t care if someone die does to fulfill her goal. He shouts she should get him out somehow, he will punish Mahima for murdering Balraj. She says there is no other way, then says there is one way, but she doesn’t want to give him false hopes and let her do what she can. He says she is his life and thanks her for trusting him or else he would have ended his life trying to prove his innocence to her. She hugs him emotionally and says until she she is alive, nothing will happen to him. He says I love you. She says I love you too and she will return soon. He says he knows she will not keep quiet until she gets him out of jail.
Preesha asks nurse to give her Rudra’s file who had visited hospital a few days ago and got stitches. Nurse says file is not present at first, but then gives it later. Preesha checks file and says she got proof now, Rudra’s blood group is O+ and doppelganger’s A+, she didn’t know akka/Mahima would stoop so low, she will defeat akka in her own game. She reach police station and show report to inspector explains that her doubt was right, Rudra’s blood group is O+ and doppelganger’s A+, its proved that doppelganger killed Balraj. Rudra hearing that asks inspector to free him and catch the real culprit. Inspector says its not that easy as nurse may back off and lie that she wrote A+ instead of O+ by mistake. Rudra asks why would nurse do that? Inspector says culprit can do anything to save himself, when he can buy a big hospital, he can even buy nurse, Saransh gave evidence against Rudra and is a sole evidence, even murder weapon has his fingerprints. Rudra says there must be some way out. Inspector says there is only one way like his wife said to catch the real culprit and hand him over to police.
Bhuvan ask Mahima what should he do next? She says now she will take over Khurana empire as its old MD is dead and new one in jail. Bhuvan says he asked what he should do next? She says he has to hide and not come in front of anyone or else she will lose. Bhuvan says he understood that he is a doppelganger and killed Balraj and real one is in jail. She thank him for reminding her again and ask him not to come out from hideout till she order him. He agrees. She thinks he doesn’t know that she used him for her benefit. Once she leaves, Bhuvan thinks he used her instead for his benefit, he came in front of her car and requested a job, he is using her since the beginning and will continue to use her.
Mahima meets Yuvraj who calls her guru maa and ask from where did she find Rudra’s doppelganger; he needs doppelganger of Sharda, Preesha, appa, amma, and everyone. She nervously shouts what rubbish. He says Rudra was pleading that he didn’t kill his father and was kidnapped for 10-15 days, Rudra can do anything but not kill his father, she played a good game. Mahima nervously says again he is talking rubbish. He says he will go to Khurana family and meet their lawyers. She get tensed. He ask her to give him money to keep his mouth shut. She gives him money and leaves.
The next morning, Preesha think she should inform everything to dad as he may try to stop akka. She checks her clothes in cupboard and is shocked to see money bundle there. She think Yuvraj stays in her room and he must have kept the money. She reminisces Sharda giving Mahima same money bundles and realizes Yuvraj is working for Mahima and he deleted the video from her mobile and informed Mahima about their every move. Yuvraj enter. Preesha shows him money and asks if he was helping Mahima and told her all their plan? Yuvraj says she is mistaken. She says she sought his help for Saransh, but he helped Mahima instead and because of him Mahima won always and even killed Balraj via doppelganger. She continues confronting him and kicks him out of the house. Mahima enters and asks what is happening. Preesha says she found out that Yuvraj was helping her, now she will expose them both and send them to jail. They both laugh and say they will get Rudra killed in jail. She realizes that she was imagining it and think she can not let Rudra die in jail, if she try to expose Yuvraj and Mahima, they will get more evidence against Rudra. She pack her bags. Yuvraj enters and asks where is she going. She leaves without answering him. He thinks where is she going?
Mahima meet company’s board of directors and insists them to make her company’s MD in Rudra’s absence and she promise to give them better profit than Balraj and Rudra. Ahana with Mishka enters and asks what is happening here, why did she call for a meeting without informing her. Mahima says she will become company’s MD in Rudra’s absence. Ahana says she is there for that as Balraj had appointed her as one of the board of director for that. Mahima says he is current MD’s wife and its her right to take over in his absence. Ahana and Mishka warn her to be in her limits. Mahima says they are staying and living here for free and are nothing in this house, so they should shut their mouth and know their limits. Board of directors ask Ahana to stop her drama and appoint Mahima as company’s MD.
Preesha informs Rudra that Yuvraj was helping Mahima, so she could always win over him. He panics and says they should punish Mahima. Preesha says she is not finding a way for that. Ahana enters saying they got a way now, she will help them punish Mahima in papaji’s murder case.
Precap: Mahima informs Ahana that Balraj transferred his wealth in Saransh’s name as he is his grandson and Rajeev is Saransh’s father. Ahana is shocked to hear that. Preesha says only doppelganger can help them find evidence against Mahima. Ahana says if doppelganger looks exactly like Rudra, Mahima must have done his plastic surgery via some plastic surgeon. They reach plastic surgeon’s office and question if he did doppelganger’s plastic surgery. Preesha shows Rudra’s pic to plastic surgeon and asks if he did his surgery. He agrees. Preesha informs inspector that she found out the surgeon who did doppelganger’s plastic surgery and will give evidence against doppelganger. Mahima shoots and kills doctor. Preesha notices it and thinks she knew Mahima would do this.
