Anuj drop Anu home and ask her to stop thinking so much and sleep peacefully. She nod yes. He says Mr and Mrs Shah will handle their issue, so she shouldn’t bother. She says if not, Kanhaji will.
Kavya cry looking at her and Vanraj’s wedding photo and think she is an orphan and only Vanraj is her support, so she can not lose him. She remember Anu’s advice to handle her family before it's too late and think she will.
Anu thank Anuj for being her support always. He joke and then says they need to go on their next project’s site visit and hence he will pick her up tomorrow morning, but now she should go and rest. She agree and get out of car.
Leela enter Kavya’s room and seeing it messed up cleans it. Kavya thank her. She offer her water and try to leave. Kavya request her to ask Vanraj not to divorce her. Leela says she will not interfere between she and Vanraj and will leave it on Vanraj to decide. Vanraj message Anu thanking her for her support and request her to concentrate on her work and life and let him handle his life and his family. She pray to Kanhaji to take care of her family.
Anu get ready for site visit and wait for Anuj. Anuj drive car hurriedly towards her house thinking he is late and couldn’t wake up on time.
Kinjal walk to Toshu and ask if he is going to meet mom/Rakhi. He says yes. She says he is going to beg for a job instead. Toshu says it's better than begging in front of strangers. Their argument start. Samar ask Toshu to stop. Toshu warn him not to interfere. Vanraj warn them to stop and tells Toshu that he is starting something and will give him job if things go well. Kavya walk to them. Hasmukh offers her breakfast. Vanraj stand up and leaves asking Baa not to involve Anupama in their family issues and let her concentrate on her work. Baa says husband and wife should sort out their issues. Kavya ask how? Bapuji says by having patience.
Anuj sees a smoke on road and try to save a bicycler then ram his car into a truck with bamboos. He closely escape unhurt and recite poetic fearing for his life. He thank god for giving his life a second chance and even help Anupama.
Hasmukh cheer up Kavya offers to play ludo with her. Kavya smile. Leela notice that and tells Samar that she realized again that she got a good husband who knows how to keep family united. Samar says even mummy asked to take care of Kavya until she get well and then let Mr Shah and Kavya decide about their future. Baa says even Vanraj said not to disturb Anupama anymore and let her concentrate on her work.
Anuj meet Anu. Anu ask why he is late and if something happened? He recite a shayari that felt his life is important for the firs time. She offers him tiffin. He enjoys it and asks if everything is fine at home? She says not really. He says they should live like Jignesh who forget the past and live in the present. He explain his philosophy of life and says Sahir Ludianvi Saheb wrote a good song Aage bhi jaane na tu peeche bhi jane na to jo bhi hai bas ek yahi pal hai. He then remembers escaping accident and says I love you Anupama. Anu stand amazed. He says he escaped an accident in the morning and was remembering only her, he realized death can come at anytime, so he wants to look into her eyes and say I love you.
Anuj recites a poetry for Anu expressing his love for her and says I love you. He says he loved her before and even now, but didn’t have any hope then and even now; it was necessary to express his love at this time, he couldn’t do it to his parents and one more relationship; this moment is his life’s most beautiful moment as he didn’t want to die before expressing his love for her; he escaped a big accident and realized he shouldn’t delay in expressing his love for the people he loves. Nazar Ke Saamne Jigarr Ke Paas.. song plays in the background. Anu think she feel different since Bapuji explained to her that day. She calls and walks towards him when a few goons barge in.
Vanraj over phone ask someone to thank his madam for listening to his idea. Leela notice his dilemma and ask if he is fine? Vanraj says he is finr and think he will set everything right.
Anuj requests goons to take everything but not touch Anu. Goons says he is intelligent and ask to give all their valuables. Magnet fall from Anuj’s pocket. Goon picks it. Anuj request the goon to return it and gives him money. Anu says let it go. He refuse. Goon return the magnet and ask Anu to remove her gold articles. She does. Anuj thinks if he was alone, he would have taught them a lesson. Anu try hard to remove her finger ring. Anuj requests goon to let her go. Goon forcefully try to remove it hurting Anu. Anuj get angry and brutally trash goon warning how dare he is to touch Anu’s hand. One of them hits Anu with a hockey stick injuring her forehead. Anuj vent out all his anger on him. Another goon hit his head from behind with an iron rod and he falls down unconscious. Goons run away. Anu rush Anuj to hospital concerned where doctor says there is no much blood loss, but since its a head injury, they need to test him. They take him to ICU and tests him while Anu cry standing outside thinking Anu will not go away from Anuj now. Hamari Adhuri Kahani… song plays in the background. She then search for her phone and realizing its lost she calls GK from hospital’s reception and then Samar and when they both don’t pick call, she finally calls Vanraj and blabbers that nobody was picking her call, so she called him. He ass if she is fine. She says yes and explains that Anuj is severely injured and in the hospital. He says he will come there right now. She then sit outside ICU remembering Anuj’s love for her. Doctor asks her to call her dear ones as Anuj’s condition is very critical and if he doesn’t regain consciousness by morning, he may go into coma.
Precap: Anu tells Vanraj that Anuj loved her for 26 years and now she realized that he is an important part of her life. Doctor asks Vanraj to sign consent form as his condition is very critical and he needs surgery. Kavya confronts Kinjal, Pakhi, and Nandini that V is playing a big game. Nandini warns her to keep her dirty thinking in her mind itself. Anuj’s condition deteriorates.
