Dolly walks away after signing the property papers Vanraj insists her to sign. Vanraj realizes his mistake and scolds Baa and Kavya for provoking him to snatch is sister’s right.
Anu and her team continue to play dumb charade. Anuj enacts. Anu says hum tumhare hain sanam. Anuj hopes so and says she is right. Everyone clap, and Pakhi says she didn’t understand gestures at all. GK says Anuj and Anu’s team is the best. Pakhi says she should have been in their team and not winter/Samar’s. Samar says they are losing because of her. Their nok jhok starts while everyone laugh. Anu noticing time tells Bapuji that she doesn’t want to send them, but its late now and even Toshu must be coming home for diwali celebration. Bapuji says he doesn’t want to go. Kinjal says they know she doesn’t want any problem again because of Baa, but they don’t want to go. Paritosh/Toshu reach Anu’s house and watch them hiding.
Vanraj scold Baa and Kavya for provoking him against Dolly and says he will never snatch his sister’s right and will return her property share to her. Baa blames Anu for the rift between Vanraj and Dolly and shouts she will never forgive her.
Back at Anu’s house, Anu asks Bapuji and family to leave or else Baa will feel bad. Mamaji jokes. Bapuji says a house is with family, but without her, its not a house, anyways they will leave now. GK says he will drop them home. Kinjal says she will stay back to help mummy. Samar says he and Nandini will go to dance academy to prepare diwali dance sequence. Anuj says he will also stay back to discuss business proposal. Anu offer sweets for Baa. Bapuji ask Kinjal and Anuj to take care of Anu and walk away with Pakhi and others. Anuj pick used plates to wash. Anu scold him to keep them back. He ask why is she scolding him? Kinjal laugh seeing their cute nok jhok and says she will barge in any time here and will visit often for a sleep over. Anu says its her house and she can visit anytime. Toshu enters and shouts nobody will come here for festival, illness, happiness, birthday or death. Anu ask not to say that on festival. He says he came here for the first and last time, he didn’t come here to congratulate her. Kinjal ask why did he come then? He says he had to as water has crossed the line, he was controlling himself till Bapuji left. Kinjal ask since when he started bothering? He shout he will not tolerate his mother’s debauchery and adultery. Anu controls her anger. He continues. Kinjal drag him away. He free himself and shout at Anu that she ruined her own life and now is ruining her son’s life, she darkened her son’s life and is celebrating diwali, etc. Anuj get angry but controls himself.
Bapuji return home. Baa ask where was he? Bapuji ask Mamaji to tell her that a person whom she critized sent her halwa, there is still time to change or else she will be left alone. Mamaji says jijaji is right, she should mend her ways or else will be left alone. Baa throws halwa away, takes oath that she will never forgive Anu, and curses that Anu will never be happy.
Back to Anu’s house, Anu ask if she is destroying his life? He says she already did as mom/Rakhi kicked him out of pent house and job after knowing Anu left Shah house and ordered she will return his job and pent house only if Kinjal comes and stays in pent house. Kinjal confronts him and asks if he has lost his shame and self-respect for being a ghar jamai and is blaming mummy instead. He shout that mummy’s boyfriend interfered and ruined their life. Anuj get more angry when his name is dragged. Toshu continues character assassinating Anu and shouts how can she be so shameless being a mother and is thinking of romance at the age still of playing with grandchildren. Anuj breaks his silence and warns him to shut up or else he will see his different form which he left 26 years ago, he will not tolerate him insulting his mother.
Samar at dance academy hopes Anu get Anuj as a life partner. Nandini says mummy just need a friend. Samar ask why society can not accept a 40+ woman’s remarriage, mummy is busy in work now and will feel alone later without a life partner.
Back at Anu’s house, Toshu continues humiliating Anu. Anuj warns him to get out before he loses his calm. Toshu shouts because of him, their house shattered and on every festival, there was a fight in their house. He reminds each incident and blames Anuj for it.
Toshu continues his allegations and says mummy/Anupama had to leave her family and house because of Anuj and he will be the reason for her destroyal. Anuj stand shocked hearing that and remembers all the recent events. Toshu continues that his mummy by renting a separate house to enjoy with Anuj proved that she is wrong, he didn’t know that his mother is so cheap and characterless. Anu gives him a tight slap, and he falls down. She pulls him by collar and says a mother can never be wrong; she knew the pain borne by a mother when a child is born but didn’t know about the pain when a same child accuse mother; she need not explain to anyone about her character as she knows who she is; a mother suffers and cry for her child, even she cried a lot for Toshu, first when he was born, next when he called her mother, and today when he alleged her and removed her motherhood out of her; she is ashamed that she gave birth to a cheap person, he is his father’s son and not hers and nobody to her from hereon; she would have killed him if someone else would have said this and orders him to get out of her house. He stands shocked. She pushes him out of her house. Kinjal tries to pull Toshu from there. Toshu alleges Anuj that a son is separating from his mother because of him, he wanted to to separate mummy from her family and enjoy with her and will pay for it.
Anuj feel guilty and says Toshu was right that everything happened because of him, he is the reason for the problems in her life. He leaves Anu’s house while she try to stop him. He walk towards Shah house thinking he has to go away from Anu’s life. Anu finally find him, and he says same.
At Shah house, Kavya feel happy looking at property papers. Vanraj walk to Bapuji and ask till when will he be angry, he should forget all the differences on festival day and should celebrate it, the whole family is sad when he is sad and happy when he is happy. Bapuji says when heart is sad, he can not express happiness on his face. He leaves for temple with Mamaji. Baa says Bapuji is getting adamant. Vanraj says he can bear Bapuji’s scolding but not his anger. Kinjal with Toshu return home arguing with him and says he can not stop her from visiting mummy’s house and neither stop mummy from meeting Anuj. Toshu insists that she has to follow his orders. Vanraj stops them and ask the reason for their fight? Toshu says mummy and Anuj’s friendship.
Anuj continues to feel guilty and tells Anu that he shouldn’t have returned from US and met her in college reunion party, he will return back to US. She says he will not go anywhere as its Shah family’s misunderstanding and not his mistake. He says he needs to set things right by speaking to Shah. She ask him to calm down. He says he needs to get back her respect and walk away. Anu panic remembering Anuj’s words and rush towards Shah house.
Back to Shah house, Toshu inform Vanraj that Rakhi kicked him out of the job and penthouse because of Anu and Anuj. Baa curses that their house shattered because of Anuj and Anu and hence they will never be in peace. Anuj enter and asks her to curse him and not Anu. Vanraj warn him to get out before he loses his control. Kinjal also plead with him to leave. Vanraj says he has 2 minutes. Anuj plead with them to stop mudslinging Anu’s character; she loved only once and it was Vanraj, she only has immense love in her heart for Shah's family and especially Baa, he is amazed to see Anu loving Baa even after what she did, but she is Anupama who knows only how to spread love; they can hate Anu but not stoop so low that they fall in their own eyes later; they can character assassinate him and not Anu as Anu’s heart is clean like a mirror and when him being an outsider can see it, why can’t they see it; Baa can curse him and not Anu, Vanraj can taunt and fight with him and not Anu. He continues that its all his mistake and not Anu’s and if they continue to humiliate and character assassinate her, she will break down, so they should spare her. Vanraj shout his 2 minutes are over; Anu is his children’s mother and hence he has right to fight with her, but Anuj doesn’t have any right to advocate for Anu. Anuj says he came here as a friend and can not see his friend dying slowly each moment. Anu reach Shah house. Vanraj hold Anuj collar shout that his love was wrong but he never hid it and not covered it with friendship. Anuj says Anu doesn’t love him. Vanraj shout to end all this drama and accept that he love Anu. Anuj ask to stop accusing Anu. Vanraj says fire is on both side, they both love each other and hence he should accept that he loves Anu. Anuj accept that he LOVES Anu. Anu stand shocked hearing that.
Precap: Anuj warns Vanraj that if Vanraj has adamancy, he has junoon/madness and hence his madness will break down his adamancy. He feels guilty for expressing his love for Anu in front of Shahs and thinks he will not make another mistake to hide his first mistake. Anu returns to her house shattered, and someone walks to her. Goons beat Anuj. Samar tells Anu that Anuj loved her 1000 times more than she loved Vanraj. Anuj thinks he lost Anu before getting her. Baa decides to punish Anu and Anuj for hiding truth. Samar says relationship means maan/respect, its up to her whether she will respect Anuj’s truth and friendship.
