Imlie tells Mithi that she gathered great courage and went to meet Malini at her home, but she was not present there and now she can not gather much courage again to meet Malini. Satyakam says Adi is her courage. Imlie informs that she left home to meet Malini without informing Adi. Mithi says she shouldn’t have done that. Nishant enters searching for her and says maa told they are staying here, so he came here to pick Imlie. Imlie ask if everything is alright? Nishant says Adi has high fever and is remembering her. She rush home with him. Aparna seeing her says she thought Malini came. Nishant ask how is Adi? Pankaj says doctor gave medicine which he needs to have after food, but he is denying to have food. Imlie goes to check Adi. Aparna says Adi called Malini home and due to her bad behavior, Adi is remembering Malini subconsciously. Nishant says Malini.. Aparna says she already called Malini and she must be coming soon. Rupali try to feed Adi. He deny. Imlie walk to him. Rupali thanks god that Imlie returned and says Imlie can not forget her relationship for anyone, her future is with Adi and he thought she left him again. Imlie says she had gone to meet amma and dadda. Rupali ask her to take care of Adi and walk out. Nishant tells family that they shouldn’t have called Malini. Pankaj says what else could they have done? Rupali walk to them and informs that Adi didn’t have food yet. Aparna says she will go and check. Rupali and Nishant stop her. Malini walk in and ask if Adi is still ill? Aparna and Pankaj say he is remembering her and request her to go and feed him food. Nishant stops Malini and ask if she will go right now? Radha scolds him and sends Malini to Adi’s room.
Adi gets angry on Imlie for going out without informing him and says he thought she left him again and would insist him to return to Malini, he is very tired and failed to gain her trust. She apologizes and request him to have food. Malini walks towards Adi’s room and think he must have called her due to their 7-year-old friendship and nothing else. Imlie warn Adi if he doesn’t have food, she will go forever. He threatens that he fell ill when she went away for a few hours, he will die if she goes forever; she should inform truth to the family. Imlie says she can not ruin her elder sister’s marriage. Adi shouts Malini herself broke up, so why don’t Imlie accept it? Malini hopes that Adi loves her even now. Adi eats food finally on Imlie’s insistence. Malini enters his room and gets disheartened seeing him normal having food with Imlie. Adi ask what is she doing here. Malini thinks she became an emotional fool again and forgot that Imlie is with him. Aparna hopes that god reunites Adi and Malini. Malini tells Adi that she came here hearing about his ill health. He ask who informed her? She says Aparna informed her, she foolishly came here without realizing that someone is there to take care of him. Malini walk away. Imlie stops her and says she went to her house in the morning. Malini says she knows what she wanted to discuss, she knows since a few days that they are siblings. Imlie is shocked and asks if Malini left Adi because of her, she never interfered between them when she didn’t know they are sister, how can she ruin her sister’s life now? Malini asks her to leave this house, Delhi, and everyone’s life then. Imlie stands shocked. Malini says when she doesn’t want to relate herself with Adi and Dev, then why is she still staying here; everytime she acts as leaving, but stays back. Imlie stammers. Malini says Imlie can not go at all and has show actions like she did, she just knows how to speak and nothing else, Adi hid the truth for months and Imlie is hiding the truth from family, she should value what she got now. Imlie says she got Malini before Adi, Adi was in her fate and she left her amma for Adi, Malini became her sister much before knowing the truth, she will never accept Dev as her father and can not live happily giving pain to Malini. Adi walks to Malini and asks why is she angry? Malini asks why was she called here? Adi says maa doesn’t know that he was remembering Imlie instead and Imlie is his wife, Malini should have understand it. Malini says she remembers everything, he doesn’t have to remind her repeatedly what is her place in his life, he is playing with everyone’s emotions. She walk away warning Imlie to stay with her husband when he needs her and stop hiding the truth. Adi tells Imlie that they are wrong by hiding the truth and complicating Malini’s life, so its better they reveal the truth to everyone.
Aparna sees Malini and ask if Adi had something? Malini says Adi is fine. Aparna asks how can she go leaving Adi ill? Nishant ask her to let Malini go. Malini leave. Nishant asks her not to stop Malini. Malini walks out of Tripathi's house and sees KC waiting for her, says she didn’t want him to come here. He says he thought she may need a lawyer or a friend. She cry. He hugs and consoles her.
Aditya ask Imlie if she is thinking about Malini’s words? Imlie reminisces Malini’s confrontation and says she is not feeling bad as Malini is her elder sister. Adi says Malini is his good friend and she loves KC. Imlie says Malini knew from before that Dev is her father, so she must be feeling that she did betraying to her sister, she can understand Malini’s feelings and Adi’s thinking, but doesn’t know what she herself needs. He says he, Malini, and her amma didn’t tell her truth, but it came in front of her; he wants them to reveal the truth to family before people start badmouthing about them.
KC drop Malini home. Anu peeps via window and thinks Malini came with KC again, but if she says something again, Malini will go back again. KC ask Malini if she is sure she wants to return home? Malini says mom is alone and needs her help, she can concentrate less on her problems if she stays with mom. KC assures that everything will be alright. She says it will be alright only if she accepts that Adi loves Imlie and not her, Adi is her good friend and doesn’t love her, she has to accept this fact or else Adi can not move on with Imlie. He ask her to call him if she needs his help. She thank him and walk inside home. Anu thinks her doubt is right that Adi is having an affair with a maid and her daughter is so innocent that she is supporting it, she will not let her daughter go through the same problem she faced her whole life.
Imlie meet Mithi and resting on her lap says she is habituated to lie so much that she is unable to tell truth. Mithi asks if she loves Adi or not? Imlie says yes. Mithi asks to think what Adi wants; if she had accepted Satyakam long ago, they would have been married for 20 years instead of 2 months. Satyakam brings tea for them and opens door hearing door knock. He sees Dev standing, closes door, and asks if he is searching for yamraj that he came here, he should leave or else he will kill him. Dev says he came here because Imlie is here, warns him not to dare talk about Imlie. Dev says though he gave birth to Imlie, Satyakam is her real father who bought her up like his own daughter, he just came to give what he couldn’t since years, he says Satyakamm can understand him as only a daughter’s father can understand another father’s pain. Satyakam opens door and lets him in. Mithi is surprised to see him. Dev apologizes for Anu’s misbehavior. Imlie ask him to leave. He request her to listen to him once. She says she will not lissten to anything. He shows his property will and says along with Malini Chaturvedi, it has Imlie Chaturvedi’s name and he felt this was the best idea to give her his name. She takes papers and tears them away and says he can not buy this daughter’s love this way. He says he didn’t come to purchase but to give her an identity. Imlie says she realized her identity when teacher asked her name during her first class, her amma and dadda made her realize then that she doesn’t need her father’s name to create her identity. Dev says he left her amma without informing her 20 years ago, but since he found out about Imlie, he is repenting for his mistake; so she can call him bhura daku/dacoit if not a daughter and behave like before. She hopes he was bhura daku and not her father and says she can not change it now as she remembers her amma’s pain and villagers’s taunts whenever she sees his face, so he should leave. He says if she feel pain seeing him, he will not come in front of her again, but when he dies, she should come to see him once. Satyakam requests Imlie to forgive Dev. Imlie ask if he is saying this; Mithi says he always hated Dev, then what happened now? Satyakam says every father wants his children to be a better person than him, so if she respects him, she should forgive Dev and go to college with him. Dev says he can not forget Satyakam’s favor and request him to forgive him if he can. Satyakam says he can never see tears in Imlie’s eyes and will never spare him if she cry because of him. Mithi gives Imlie’s school bag, and she leaves for college with Dev.
Dev accompany Imlie to college and request her to forgive him if possible and says he is always there for her and can do anything for her. Imlie thinks once he finds out that she is his elder daughter’s sautan, his perception will change. Dev says he will drop her till her classroom. Imlie says she will go by herself. Dev walks towards his car when reporters throng Imlie and ask if she has some big news. Dev rush to Imlie and try to protect her. Principal asks Imlie if she called press? She says no. Dev asks reporters what they want to ask? Anu walks in from behind and asks if Imlie is having an affair with journalist Aditya Tripathi and he left his wife because of her? Dev and Imlie stand shocked.
Precap: Reporters question Imlie if she is really having an affair with Aditya and blacken her face with ink. Anu shows Adi and Imlie’s photo and asks if its them, then where is Imlie’s husband. Adi says he is Imlie’s husband.
