Nandini thank Shah family for accepting her and then apologize to them. Anu says loving oneself is not at all wrong and hug her. Nandini cry vigorously and then meet the rest of the family members. She greets bye to Samar and walk away. Samar hug Anu. Vanraj tells Baa that whatever happened is for good, he says he will find the best girl for Samar. Leela as usual nod yes. Samar think Nandu made him realize how stupid love is, he never loved anyone before her and will never love anyone in the future. Anu pray to god that all her 3 children are tensed, he shouldn’t test her children.
Anu then return home and performs Kanhaji’s aarti with Anuj. Anuj think he doesn’t want to delay to express what is in his heart and requests God to support him.
Toshu return to his room and seeing Kinjal on the bed says he already apologized to her, but she is still angry with him. She says she is not and is just feeling low. He says he doesn’t have time for guessing game and she should express it directly if she has any problem. She ask when should she when he doesn’t have time for her. He says he is busy at work and wants to finish it ASAP. Kinjal ask if work is everything for him, they stay in same house and room and doesn’t even talk to each other properly. Toshu says how will they as she either complains or taunts. She says whenever she try to talk to him, he get a call, even yesterday papa called him. She calms down, requests him to sit next to her, and says she knows he is busy. He gets a call just then and walk away, leaving her frustrated.
Anuj tells Anu that he didn’t have any hope earlier and hence didn’t dream, now since he got a ray hope in his life, he started dreaming. She to divert his attention says they should go and get vegetables. He ask if she means he can not bargain? She says he is a good businessman, but has a kind heart and may bring the whole cart home. He says he will prove that he is king of vegetables. She jokes if he is a brinjal as it's king of vegetables. He says she turned him into brinjal by over feeding him and then smashing him with her scolding.
Samar and Kinjal notice cream roll in front of them and asks each other if he/she brought it. Hasmukh enter and says he brought it for them as he knows they are missing Anupama, he may not be as good as his daughter, but will try to understand their heart. Samar says he feel as if he lost everything after losing Nandini, he doesn’t feel good at all nor know how to move on. Hasmukh says he has to move on as life permits to stumble but not stop. Kinjal says she knows how it feels to miss someone even when they are close to them. Hasmukh ask what is her problem? Kinjal apologizes and says she can share her problem only with mummy and walk away. Hasmukh says something is bothering her, he need to ask Anu to talk to Kinjal. Samar says Anuj is planning mummy’s birthday. Hasmukh says its time to end sorrows and get happiness in life. Hasmuk call Anu and ask her to speak to Kinjal once. Anu asks him to find out Kinjal’s problem. Anuj returns with bags full of vegetables and gives her one by one. She says thank you. He says he cracked many big business deals in his life, but getting dhania/coriander leaves for free from vegetable vendor has its own pleasure. He jokes why vendor sprinkles water on vegetables repeatedly as if they are unconscious, she must be thinking how he became expert vegetable buyer and will write a blog. She get angry for bringing so many vegetables and scolds him.
Vanraj over the phone try to convince Mukku that since she was busy and was not reachable, he took the decision on his own and had a client meeting, he will come to office and explain to her, disconnects call and frown saying she doesn’t know B of business. Hasmukh hearing him ask if he knows? Vanraj says he is at least trying and will prove that his son knows business. Hasmukh says he incurred losses in relationships, only time will reveal it. Vanraj says he used to pamper Dolly more in childhood and think him as wrong, even now he is thinking Anuj is right when he doesn’t know Anuj is wicked and is spying at office via GK who provoke Mukku, hence Mukku is questioning his decisions. Hasmukh laugh out loudly and says other’s plate water look like a ghee and he may drop his plate ghee trying to grab other’s plate water. Toshu walk to Vanraj and asks what did Malvika say? He says whatever she said, he will do what he wants to and orders him to print a news in all news papers that Anuj is no more related to Kapadia empire now and shut all the door for him and even Anu.
Anu continues scolding Anuj for bringing lots of vegetables while he smiles helping her arrange them. Chup Chupke Tu Pyar Kar.. song plays in the background. Camera focus on #MaAn.
Anupama while cleaning vegetables watch dance show on TV with Anuj and says they dance really well, she will learn those steps. Power goes off. Anuj says it's good as he can express his heart out. He tells her that earlier she couldn’t understand his poems, but then slowly she started understanding his poem and him; just like Radha Krishna temple has steps, even love has different steps/stages and talking with each other peeling vegetable is the last stage; they have climbed all the steps and just need to enter the temple; his track record is really bad in expressing his feeling, he took 25 years to express his love for her and without any hesitation he want to propose her for marriage, giving her a spring onion ring. Anu get overwhelmed hearing that. He says he doesn’t want to marry her for the sake of Leela, children, Malvika, or society, but for his own sake as she is the most important person in his life; throwing flowers from helicopter, sitting in an island and exchanging costly rings is not love for him; leading a normal life watching TV with her while peeling vegetables, bearing her scolding, etc., is love for him. He continues expressing his feelings for her and says he feels like marrying her now; he has seen a lot of glamor and lavish life, but a normal life with her where they are each other’s support; he knows she has faced a lot of difficulties in her life and want her to take a decision on her won without any pressure; he is okay with both her yes and no and wouldn’t feel bad if she says no, they will continue to peel vegetable even after that. He get Samar’s message calling them to dance academy.
Leela notice Hasmukh checking passbook and says there must be less money in their bank account, so they can seek Vanraj’s help if need be. Bapuji deny to take Vanraj’s help and asks what happened to their 35000 rs policy which matured recently? She asks why he needs so much money? He says he wants to do something for dear ones and asks her to get that money out. Baa thinks why he needs so much money. Kavya hearing her says she should give it to him. Baa says its not a small amount and thinks if he wants to give it to Anu and Anuj. Kavya says if he does that, V will feel very bad.
Anuj save Anu from a road accident while walking on the road. They see a baraat passing by. Sindhoor falls on her forehead and she stand dumbstruck. Serial’s title track plays in the background. Anuj clean it.
Back at Shah house, Pakhi chats with her boyfriend Vivaan and says she can not meet him for a few days as her grandmother is spying on her. Kinjal notice her and says she is not only Samar but also her sister inlaw and can be best friend, grandmother can not understand her situation as she was a teenager many years ago, but she was a teenager few years ago and can understand her situation. Pakhi says she wants to go for a sleep over with her friends, but grandmother will not allow her. Kinjal says she can share her problem with her like she shares with mummy. Pakhi think sister inlaw understands and will support her, but grandmother will never understand and will scold sister inlaw also and hopes mummy was here.
Anuj tell Anu that he knows she is afraid and the reason behind it; he never want to make her as Mrs Anuj Kapadia as he knows she was known as her children’s mummy, Vanraj’s wife, and her in-laws’ daughter in-law, but never had her own identity and created it with great difficulty and hence he will not let her lose it. Anu remember Vanraj humiliating her. Anuj say she is Anupama and will always be Anupama; he can not wait to become Mr Anuj Anupama Joshi. She laugh. He says he can not wait more to become her husband. She feel shy.
Precap: Baa asks Samar why did he bring so many items. Samar says Bapuji is organizing mummy’s birthday on 18th. Anu tells Anuj that she suffered so much during her first marriage that she is afraid of hearing the word marriage. Bapuji suggests her to accept Anuj’s proposal and make her birthday special this year. Anupama tongue lashes Vanraj for his heinous act. Vanraj calls security to throw her out. Guards hesitate. Anupama says nobody will touch Anuj’s Anupama as it Anuj’s real power and walks away.
