Arman seeing Preesha crying asks what happened. Preesha shouts that Rudra is fighting for his life on his birthday because of him. He asks her to calm down as Rudra will be fine. She shouts that Rudra is her life and he risked her life many times to save her, she will find blood for him, etc. Arman says he has already arranged blood. She rushes away ignoring him and pleads people on road to donate O positive blood for her husband as he is fighting for his life. People push her down. She cries sitting on road that she cannot live without her husband, remembering their romantic moments. Yeh Hai Chahatein.. plays in the background. Arman walks to her and says nobody will separate her from Rudra and he was telling her same; he has made all the arrangements and managed to air flight O positive blood from Delhi, remembering how he struggled to arrange blood. Preesha gets happy. Ambulance arrives. Arman says blood must have arrived. Preesha runs behind the ambulance. Arman emotionally thinks Rudra and Preesha are connected by heart and nobody can separate them, so he has to separate himself from Preesha. Doctor transfuses Rudra. Preesha asks Rudra’s condition. Doctor says his condition is stable now and being a doctor she knows patient’s condition with head injuries. Preesha sitting next to unconscious Rudra pleads him to get well soon. Arman sadly watches her.
Ahana’s lawyer gives her legal documents and says he finished illegal task easily. Ahana warns not to inform it to anyone and tells Mishka that soon they will be out of India. Lawyer says they cannot for a few more days as they will not get the money soon. Ahana scolds him to finish the formalities soon and thinks finally they will be out of India in a few days. Mishak says they will be tension free. Ahana’s debtor calls her and says her papers are ready, so she needs her money. Ahana asks if she is spying on her. Lady says she just needs her money back or else she will expose her secret. Ahana says she hasn’t received the money yet and will transfer the money once she gets it. Mishka asks her to calm down as they will be benefited most soon.
Sharda reaches Rudra’s hospital room and tells Preesha that Rudra wanted to celebrate his birtday with Preesha and hence he was eager to meet her. Arman walks in and apologizes Sharda saying Rudra’s condition is because of him. Sharda thanks him for saving Rudra’s life. Preesha rudely says she is thankful to Arman for saving Rudra’s life, but he is responsible for Rudra’s condition. Sharda says even Rudra is at mistake as he fought with Arman. Preesha continues shouting at Arman that Rudra just fought, but Arman pushed Rudra and tried to kill him and she will never forgive him for that. Rudra gets conscious and says Arman is not at mistake as he tried to save him and even extended his hand to hold him. Preesha continues blaming Arman. Chachaji enters and warns her to stop alleging Arman as she doesn’t know how Arman arranged blood; since O positive blood was not available in Shimla, he arranged it from Delhi via helicopter after fighting with him, reminiscing the incident, and says Rudra would have died without Armans’ help. Arman tries to stop him. Preesha shouts at him to stop as nothing will happen to her Rudra until she is alive. Chachaji confronts her that their family shattered and Devika died because of Rudra, she is Arman’s wife and doesn’t have any feelings and blaming him instead even after his help. Arman stops him and takes him away.
Chachaji asks Arman if he lets Preesha near Rudra, he will lose Preesha. Arman says Preesha loves Rudra and nobody can separate them. Arman asks him not to become a god of sacrifice. Arman says sacrifice is life and if Preesha is in his fate, she will return to him for sure. Chachaji walks way saying he has gone mad. In hospital room, Sharda leaves to meet doctor. Preesha hugs Rudra and cries emotionally. Yeh Hai Chahatein.. plays in the background. Preesha says she cannot be alive without him. He asks even then she doesn’t want to stay with him.
Preesha hugs Rudra and cries that she cannot live without him. Rudra says she cannot stay without him, but cannot return to him; its good that she expressed her feelings at last; she used to stay away from her and act in front of Arman, but he knew she loves only him, etc., and asks again to return back to him. She hugs him again and cries saying she cannot live without him. Tumse Hi Bas Tumse Hi.. song plays in the background. He asks what will they do now. She says she will speak to Arman first. He thanks her for giving him the best birthday gift. She says he gifted her instead by getting well. She then walks to Arman. Arman says doctor prescribed medicines. She apologizes him for misunderstanding him. He says its okay as even he misunderstood her in Devika’s case. She says she wants to tell him something. He says he knows she wants to tell him that she loves only Rudra, he was a fool to not to understand that nobody can take Rudra’s place in her heart, so she should inform Rudra that they are not married and return to Rudra. She says even after returning to Rudra, she will treat Anvi like her daughter. He says he doesn’t know how to explain it to Anvi. She says she will explain Anvi once reaching Delhi; holds his hand and says he is too good that he supported her, became her friend, brought Anvi in her life, and is allowing her again to return to her life Rudra. Sharda gets happy hearing their conversation and thinks Preesha will return to Rudra leaving Arman, shee needs to confirm it with Preesha.
Ahana’s lawyer gives her documents to sign and says she got some money in her account and after signing them she will own Khurana’s all properties. She signs papers, and he takes them to submit at the court. Krishna plays outside apartment when Ahana’s debtor lady walks to her and pampers her. Mishka checks documents and says she didn’t know Khuranas have so many properties. Ahana says she will first sell overhyped rockstar Rudra’s studios and will show him his value. She gets tensed seeing the lady with Krishna, rushes out and scolds nanny to not let Krishna away. Lady says she heard money is transferred in Ahana’s account, but she didn’t get it into her account yet. Ahana says she will send it to her account soon. Lady warns to face dire consequences if she doesn’t by tomorrow. Ahana gets tensed.
Sharda meets Preesha and asks if she is surely returning to Rudra, she should take the decision after much thought as she just wants her happiness. Preesha says this accident made her realize that she cannot live without Rudra. Sharda asks what about Anvi, will she stay without her. Preesha says she will spend time with Anvi and will convince her after returning to Delhi. Sharda says people associated with them should be happy. Preesha says even they have right to be happy. Sharda says she is very happy that she is returning to Rudra. Arman watching them hiding thinks even Preesha has right to be happy and hence he is letting her go, but he is in deep pain.
Doctor checks Rudra and seeing his progress says he will be discharged tomorrow. Preesha asks Rudra if he will come on a date with him after getting discharged. Rudra gets excited and asks if she spoke to Arman and what did he say. She says she will during their date and asks will he be her date. He happily says 1000 times yes, she should just return to him. She happily hugs him. Next day, Rudra gets ready after discharge. Sharda says he looks so happy as Preesha is returning to him. He asks how does she know. She says she knows everything. He says he was confident that Preesha will return to him and with her prayers, Preesha is back to him. Sharda says he should have patience till Preesha divorces Arman. He agrees and informs about his date with Preesha.
Arman drives car back to Delhi and asks Preesha if she is sure about her decision. She says yes and asks her to take her to Anvi soon. They reach home. Chachaji confronts her and asks how can she leave Arman and their house. Anvi walks to Preesha and asks if she is leaving her. Preesha says she is leaving the house and not her and will meet her often. Anvi pleads not to leave her alone. Chachaji thinks now Preesha cannot leave Anvi.
Precap: Rudra dances with Preesha on their date. Bunty notices Rudra’s studio being sold and informs Rudra. Rudra says studio is a part of trust fund and if trust fund is reopened, Saransh is alive. Preesha plans to surprise Rudra. Rudra says they should get the the truth out from Mishka. Preesha calls Arman and asks him to come and pick her up as Rudra left her alone. Chachaji asks Arman to misuse the opportunity and take Preesha on a date. Rudra gets Mishka heavily inebriated and picks her up. Preesha gets heart broken noticing that.
