Vanraj check Anupama’s passport. Leela reminds him that Anupama had a passport and also determination then, they stopped her from flying to America, but this time they can’t stop her. She says it’s her ill fate that she had to listen to her MIL and even her DIL now. Vanraj says ex-DIL and walk away from there. Leela think she didn’t let Anupama win then even with her MIL’s support and this time her curse may help her. She call her mother, she explains her side of the story, and ask her to reach there as soon as possible and end the drama.
Hasmukh feel restless and seeing everyone enjoying, he excuses him and goes aside to have water. GK walk to him and ask what happened? Hashmukh says he can’t handle happiness. GK say something is happening with him, he never thought his Anuj will get happiness in his life. Hasmukh wipe his sweat. GK asks if he is fine? Hasmukh says he is fit like Dara Singh.
Samar, Toshu, Pakhi, and Kinjal perform ritual on Anuj. Anupama get emotional seeing that over video call and recalls Pakhi and Toshu’s opposition. She think a mother is incomplete without her children and feels happy that Pakhi, Toshu, Kinjal and Samar are with her. She thanks God. Hasmuk continues to feel uneasy and takes his medicine.
Samar and Toshu feed rasagulla to Anuj. Anuj asks Anupama to stop them or else he won’t fit in his wedding sherwani. Anu ask Devika and Malvika to feed him more rasgullas. They force feed him rasgullas.
Vanraj exercises recalling Toshu and Pakhi performing Anuj’s ritual. He think he doesn’t know whether to react on losing his job, losing his dignity, or losing his children; he will not let Anuj snatch his children.
Back to Anuj’s house, Hasmukh tells GK that his daughter will be GK’s daughter inlaw in a few days, he should treat her well. GK ask him to keep this dialogue for bidayi/farewell. Devika jokes that it looks like GK will play an angry uncle role during wedding. Malvika says whoever get angry during the wedding will be given a punishment of blanket parade, so nobody will get angry now. Devika ask what if the bride and groom get angry? Malvika says the wedding will be canceled. Anuj and Anupama get worried hearing that. Samar with a serious expression tells Anuj he needs to talk. Anuj get tensed. Samar, Kinjal, Pakhi, and Toshu ask Anuj to promise them that he will always keep their mummy happy. Anupama, Anuj, Hasukh, GK, Devika, and Malvika get emotonal hearing that. Anuj says can they have a group hug. They say family hug and hug him happily. They all then demand Anuj to dance. Anuj says even Anupama should dance. Anupama hesitantly agrees. Anuj dances with everyone on Tujhse Hi Shadi Karoonga… song. Anu dances on the other side. Anuj then forces them all to have his prepared dhokla and other snacks. GK tells Hasmukh that relationships of love are stronger than blood relationships, Anuj will keep Anupama happy. Hasmukh says he trusts his Son In Law. Devika and Malvika signals Anuj and tells Hasmukh that Anuj wants to say something important to him.
Anupama continues to enjoy her dance while cooking. She notices Hasmukh and others returning home with a serious look. Hasmukh says he wants to talk as Anuj said something. Anu worried walk to Hasmukh and asks what happened? Samar says after dance program, Anuj said something to Hasmukh. Hasmukh says he said something which he shouldn’t have. Leela get happy thinking something happen. Jignesh dances saying they fooled her. Samar asks if he couldn’t hold the secret for some more time? Hasmukh says Anuj will come at 11 p.m. to take her out. Leela starts her drama again and deny to let Anupama go out of the house at 11 p.m. Hasmukh asks Anupama to ignore her and takes her in with the team. Leela complain to Vanraj, even he walk away. She then calls her mother and asks her to reach there soon.
Samar, Pakhi, Kinjal, and Toshu discuss how much they enjoyed performing Anuj’s tilak ritual. Vanraj walk to them nervously. Kinjal calls him. He says he came to take mobile charger and tells Toshu that he did good by visiting Anuj’s house. Kinjal asks if he wants to say something? He says no and walk away. Samar says he can not understand Mr Shah, he had problem with mummy and why he is acting as sad now? Kinjal says he is sad seeing his ex marrying someone else, they were related for 26 years. Samar says problem is mummy’s happiness, Mr Shah can not see mummy happy and can not tolerate someone else taking care of her.
Kinjal says they are the problem more than mummy as papa is feeling jealous of Anuj thinking he may snatch his children from him. Pakhi ask if they are a snack packet that anyone can snatch them? Toshu says its a serious discussion. Kinjal says handling papa is not Anuj and Anupama’s problem, but their problem and hence they need to understand papa and handle it. She says Pakhi and Toshu are papa’s favorite and can understand his feelings well. She then says people are waiting to spoil mummy and Anuj’s wedding, so they should make sure there aren’t any hurdles in their wedding.
Hasmukh asks Anupama to put her hand in a soap water. She ask reason? He says its called manicure and explains about it. She says woman’s hands start cleaning from cleaning utensils to mixing masalas, etc. He laugh. She ask him why he is doing this? He says a father takes over when mother doesn’t perform her duty. He performs her manicure watching a video and feels uneasy. She gets concerned and asks if he is fine. He lie that he had oily and spicy snacks at Anuj’s house and is having acidity. She scolds him and asks how could Anuj let him have it? He says he had them hiding. She scolds him for his careless behavior and asks how will he dance in her sangeet?
Hasmukh feels uneasy again but act again. Leela walks to them and taunts Anupamaa though she is wearing a new engagement ring, the old mark on her finger will never go as she spent 26 years with Vanraj. Anupama gifts her a befitting reply that the pain left her life, soon the mark also will. Leela gets more irritated when Hasmukh also gives her a befitting reply. She then try to stop Hasmukh from performing manicure, but fails and walks away frowning. Anupama asks Hasmukh why Anuj is picking her up tonight? Hasmukh deny to reveal the reason. Anupama gets ready to go out with Anuj. Anuj reach in a taxi. Kinjal asks him to drop her mummy safely on time and make sure she is comfortable, etc. Anuj agrees and leaves with Anupama. Kinjal thinks a few dreams take time to fulfill, Anuj will give her the happiness which Anu always deserved but didn’t get them yet.
Anuj blindfold Anupama and takes her to a diamond jewelry shop. He then unblindfold her. Anu is amazed to find herself in a jewelry shop. Salesmen shower flowers on her and welcome her. Anu feel nervous. Anuj make her feel comfortable and says he wants her to select her engagement ring. He then delivers an emotional dialogue. Anu feels emotional. Anuj asks her not to cry and select the ring. Salesman shows her rings. Anupama recalls not liking her first engagement ring and her mother forcing her to keep wearing it. She walk aside teary eyed.
Samar, Toshu, Pakhi, and Kinjal look at the engagement ring they bought for Anuj. Hasmukh says it’s a very simple ring. They defend themselves that its an elegant ring selected by Anuj himself. Samar keeps it in home temple and pray to Kanhaji to protect and bless it. Vanraj watch him.
Anu walk out of showroom. Anuj asks if he made any mistake? She says he is doing so much for her and recalls selling her mother’s gifted jewelry and buying a diamond ring for Kinjal. She then shares her long moral gyaan regarding woman’s love for jewelry and dream for owning it, etc. She says he fulfilled the dream which she didn’t even have courage to watch.
Precap: Anuj select a diamond ring for herself and excitedly shows it to family. Kayva taunts she would be obviously happy as she got a diamond ring. Kinjal says Anupama is lucky as she has a diamond which no one has, Anuj Kapadia. Vanraj and Leela frown hearing that. Vanraj tells Anupama that he is feeling jealous seeing her happy. Anupama taunts him to enact as Ravan in any Ramleela then. Vanraj says men change after marriage and curses that Anu won’t be happy and her marriage will break down soon.
