Pakhi walks into Sai’s room and apologize to her for disturbing her when she is leaving for her work. Sai says its okay and asks if she needs anything. Pakhi says she wants her to help her celebrate Samrat’s birthday. Sai says she remembers its Samrat’s birthday today and wants to celebrate it, but hasn’t discuss about it with Bhavani yet. Pakhi says she has an idea with which Bhavani will agree to celebrate the birthday. Sai asks what is her plan. Pakhi says she will explain it later, but came now to share coffee with her like she used to with Samrat. Sai makes her sit and starts coffee with her. Pakhi asks how is she balancing between personal and personal life. Sai explains. Pakhi says she is lucky to have Virat as her husband who supports her always. Sai says she is. Pakhi asks if Virat went to work. Virat walks in just then holding his bed. Pakhi is stunned to see that and asks if everything is alright between him and Sai? Virat says Sai was reading his new patient’s case study till late night, so he slept in another room. Pakhi think he is lying, she knows there is a rift between them, she will misuse the opportunity and get closer to him.
Ninad tells Ashwini that he is tensed since yesterday. Ashwini says even she is and didn’t know to express her concern it with him. Ninad says he is worried for Virat as he still thinks he can have a baby from Sai, he is going away from Sai slowyl and is unable to accept the truth. Ashwini says she is more worried for Sai as she needs Virat’s support in this situation. He agrees. She says Bhavani wanted to discuss with Virat and Sai about surrogacy when Pakhi returned with Mansi, she is surprised that Pakhi praised Sai. He says even he felt weird. She says god knows what’s Pakhi thinking.
Pakhi enter Bhavani’s room. Bhavnai gets angry seeing her. Pakhi says she knows she doesn’t like her and even doesn’t want to celebrate Samrat’s birthday, but it was Sai’s idea. Bhavani says she saw even Pakhi praising and hugging Sai. Pakhi remind her that she used to be her favorite daughter inlaw once. Bhavani asks her to be specific. Pakhi says she saw a dream where she noticed Samrat sad that his family forgot him and wants to have food with his family, so she wants to ceerbate Samrat’s birthday for the peace of his soul. She says she knows Bhavani is in sorrow due to Sai’s miscarriage and inability to bear child in the future, she can not give her any happiness, but wants to celebrate Samrat’s birthday and make him happy at least. Bahvani asks if she is telling the truth. Pakhi says she, Sai, and Virat are very sad and wants to make the family happy with this celebration. Bhavani permits her and says only family members will attend it. Pakhi hug and thanks her.
Sai and Virat make poooja arrangements to celebrate Samrat’s birthday. Shivani and Rajiv praise Sai that she can do anything. Sai says its Pakhi’s idea. Pakhi walks to Sai and thanks her. Mansi praises Pakhi in front of Bhavani. Vaishali says Pakhi is in deep pain and they should help her move on. Bhavani asks if she means she wants to perform Pakhi’s second marriage? Mansi says Pakhi wants to be Samrat’s wife forever. Vaishali walk to Mansi and asks why did she make her say that? Pakhi says she wants to impress Bhavani and get closer to Virat. Vaishali says Virat and Sai are inseparable. Pakhi says even a stone can be broken with persistence, soon she will separate Virat and Sai and get into Virat’s life.
Pakhi lost in deep thought while lighting lamp drops the match stick on her sari. Her sari catches fire. Devi panics seeing fire. Virat sets off fire the with his bare hands. Pakhi shows her concern for Virat, then gets alert and asks Sai to check Virat’s hand. Virat says he is fine. Pakhi recalls the quality time spent with Virat during their yoga camp and gets teary eyed. Sai announces that they are celebrating birthday of a person he stays in their heart. Everyone clap while Mansi get sad. Sai cheers up Mansi with her speech. Devi asks Virat to go and stand near Sai. Virat walks towards Sai while Pakhi look jealous.
Devi try to remove the curtain from Samrat’s photo cutout. Sai stops her and asks who has right to unveil the photo? Devi asks Virat to do the honors. Virat removes the curtain and unveils Samrat’s big life size photo. Everyone gets emotional seeing the photo. Sai tells Virat that she knows he is missing Samrat and wants to talk to him. Pakhi also gets tear eyed. Bhavani calls Mansi to cut the cake. Virat Imagines Samrat who asks if he will not wish him. Virat happily wish him happy birthday. Samrat says let us cut the cake. Virat looks at him cutting the cake and celebrating with the family. Naina Jo Sanjhe Khwab Dekhte The Naina… song plays in the background. Samrat then returns to Virat and offers him cake. Virat wish him happy birthday again. Samrat says he can not be happy if Virat is sad, says he watches his whole family and can see that Virat is not taking care of Sai and ignoring her pain. Virat says even he is trying to cope up with his baby’s loss. Samrat says time doesn’t stop for anyone, Virat try his best to save him but couldn’t, he shouldn’t waste time and take care of Sai from hereon. Virat realizes its his imagination and notices Sai in front of him. Sai says she knows he is missing Samrat. Mohit takes them to click a family selfie with Samrat’s cutout.
At night, Sai asks Virat to sleep on the bed while she sleeps in another room. Virat holds her hand and says even she will sleep in this room. He says today was very special and beautiful and he liked her surprise of Samrat’s cutout, he was feeling as if Samrat was standing in front of him and chatting with him. He hopes Samrat was with him now to guide him, but the truth is he is no more. Sai says the whole family was smiling as if Samrat is between them for a minute. Virat says he was exerperiencing the happy moments before Samrat’s death and their baby’s death. She gets sad and try to leave. Virat stops her and says he wants to talk her. He says they should have talked and shared their ordeal with each other. They both sleep facing each other’s back. Sai think she should speak more and turns. Even Virat turns at once. Sai expresses her sorrow when she lost her baby. Virat says he should have been with her to share her pain and says he will accompany her to the doctor tomorrow. Sai feels happy hearing that.
The next morning, Pakhi takes coffee for Virat and doesn’t find him in his room. She gets tensed thinking he must be sleeping in Sai’s room and their differences cleared again. She thinks of a plan to crate differences between them again. She walks to Sai’s room with a bag and asks Virat if she can come in? Virat asks if she is going somewhere. She says she came to give her favorite saris to Sai as she doesn’t need them after Samrat’s death. He says she can give it to anyone else in the house, why Sai? Pakhi says she understands his concern because of the past tussle, but she really wants Sai to wear her saris. She picks saris to keep in Sai’s cupboard and says Samrat wanted her to wear such bright saris, but fate had something else in the store. Virat goes to washroom. Pakhi search for him and thinks she wants to spend more time with him. Virat returns from washroom and asks if she wants to say anything else? She says there is nothing to speak now, Samrat used to chat with her for hours and used to understand her well, she understood Samrat very late. Virat says Samrat was really good. Pakhi says she was lost in Virat’s love so much that she didn’t give a chance to Samarat.
Precap: Virat tells Pakhi that they usually don’t get what they wish. Pakhi says baby is is necessity and Sai cannot fulfill his necessity, so there are other ways to get the baby. She herself thinks she can fulfill his necessity and get closer to him. Sai tells family that she will find a woman who can give birth to her and Virat’s baby. Sai says they should find a woman who is fit for Virat and suggests Virat’s second marriage marriage. Sonali asks who will marry Virat. Pakhi says she will marry Virat.
