The episode starts with Razia running towards royal hall and seeing blood flowing from stairs. Shazia comes running and tells their whole family is finished. She runs to a room and sees blind Nasir in the midst of his last breath with Fathima sitting near him. Shes takes him in her lap and asks Fathima to bring someone. Shaziya on the other side informs Yaldos about the incident and falls unconscious. Yaldos acts as surprised and runs out.
Altamash fights with killers and asks Shamshad to rescue youngest prince Yasir via secret route. She try to run, but turkan’s eunuch dancer friend attacks her. Altamash fights with eunuch, but he overpowers and kills him.
Fathima runs out of place and informs Althunia that professional killers have attacked palace and are killing royal family. He asks where is Razia? She says even she is inside palace.
Eunuch then comes near Razia to kill her. she picks dagger and throws at him. Eunch removes dagger and speaks his usual one liner. Razia gets up, picks sword and provokes eunuch. Eunch attacks, but Razia overpowers him and push him on floor. Eunuch wakes up, counter attacks her and pushes her on floor. She gets up and slit eunuch’s throat. He falls on floor. She then stabs him repeatedly and kills him. Althunia reach there and sees the incident shockingly.
Soldiers come in and asks if anyone is alive, to speak up? Turkan try to wake up under a deadbody and murmurs that they will realize nobody is alive once deadbodies stink. Razia stands senselessly. Soldiers ask how will they find out sultan Altamash’s deadbody. They ask Althunia who is he and what is he doing here? He says he wants to help them identify dead bodies. They find half dead Altamash and rush him out for treatment. Razia senselessly looks at Althunia.
Althunia tell Razia that killers are cruel and did a heinous act and worst than animals. What did they gain with killing spree. Yaldos comes there and starts acting with his fake dialogues. He takes her along with him, surpassing Althunia. He takes her to his room and asks servants to clean Razia’s blood smeared face and clothes.
Althunia stops Shazia from seeing dead people. She insists to let her in as she saw Razia going in as she wants to meet Shamshad and Yasir. Althunia says she cannot tolerate seeing deadbodies and instead should help him identify deadbodies. She rests her head on his shoulder and cries. He asks whose names she took just some time back. She says her naani Shamshad and brother Yasir. He starts searching for them.
Yaldos shows fake concern to Razia and says her abbu was his close friend and he will identify who is behind this killing as he caught one of the killers. Razia says she wants to meet abbu and leave.
Althunia search for Shamshad and Yasir along with soldiers and finds them in a secret route. He sees Shamshad already dead and Yasir hiding behind her in fear. Althunia says not to worry as he is his friend Mirza and asks him to help him nurse his naani maa’s wounds. Yasir gives his hand and Althunia hug him saying he is very brave.
Razia sees Altamash’s dead body being carried in a stretcher and holds his hand. She reminisces him thanking her for precious gift and asking her to dorn it in his kaftan. She reminisces the rest of their happier moments. Soldier wakes her up. She keeps her dad’s hand back and let him taken away. She then sees Nasir’s dead body taken away. She bring king’s cap and dorns it on his head. She reminisces the happier moments with her brother and his throning ceremony and lets him go.
Precap: Razia runs after servant tells her something. Althunia follows her. She says he should be ashamed to stay in palace even after being kicked out and asks him to leave. Someone asks Althunia not to leave Razia alone. Althunia brings bouquet for her. Razia says everyone is dead. Althunia looks on.
